Very Tasty
I don’t know how to describe taste–it’s so subjective, but I’ve liked Girard’s Champagne Dressing for years but couldn’t find it in my area. This Light version saves on calories but it doesn’t taste like a diet dressing. A well seasoned full-bodied type of vinagette. Very slight sweet taste to it. It’ delicious, in my opinion.

Next time make sure you’re sending the right stuff
I love the girards dressing. But when it arrived the regular girards champagne flavor came instead of the light version. My husband hurriedly opened one bottle of the three so I couldn’t send it back. Other than that everything from flavor to the packaging was great.

Poor packaging
One of the three was completely broken and had leaked all over everything. It looked as though the bottle had disintegrated. The entire package was filled with the dressing and the result was visible from the outside of the cardboard box. The other two were completely covered with the dressing. I washed them and they appear OK. There was no separation between bottles so I am actually surprised that two of them survived. I took picture of the whole situation and would be happy to share them.Please replace the one bottle.
