Note expiration is 12 month from the date on the package. Since it was made in Russia they have different packaging rules. Also instructions for preparation together with information on contents and ingredients all jumbled in one paragraph in Russian among other non English languages.Basically you will need to dissolve contents in 2.5 cups of hot water ( 50degrees Celsius water) and then mix into other boiling 4 cups of water and bring mixture to boil. I would recommend adding more water in order to make the mixture less sweet.This gelatin drink is good for your stomach.
