What I love about Iams is that they have different cat foods for whatever age your furr-baby is. I personally believe this is important because as your cat / kitten gets older their brain, body, coat, digestive system and so on changes and requires different nutrients. I’m takes into consideration these circumstances and has attentively met the needs for cats of all ages.I will always purchase Iams and I will always be an advocate for this brand as well.I purchased a large bag and it was a great value for my money. I purchased it when my kitten was 3 months old he is now 5 months old and I still have a half a bag to 3/4 of a bag and I leave dry food out at all times.He is an indoor cat and he gets Sheba wet food twice a day.I grew up always leaving out dry food for our pets as doing that at a young age, they learned to only eat when they’re hungry, knowing that their food was always going to be there. This stopped them from overeating, gaining harmful weight or begging for human food.Iams is fresh, it is made with healthy, natural ingredients and a plus, it smells good.-Skye

Great for adult cats that need to gain weight
I have an adult cat that has always had a hard time keeping her weight up. She’s been to the vet a couple times looking for answers but they never could figure out why and they suggested I look for a high calorie kitten food. So I did some research and I found out that this food is one of the highest calorie kitten foods around so I switched my cat food to this. After several months I noticed that my cat had gained some weight and she’s been able to maintain it on this food so I’m very happy with it and will continue to feed it to her for the rest of her life!

I am taking care of four kittens.
I am taking care of four stray kittens and I had gotten some kitten food. I gave it to them and watched. They all went for it and one by one they started having trouble. The kibble was too big. I took it away immediately and gave them just wet food. I looked at the size of the kitten kibble and the regular kibble that I put out for the stray cats and they were so close in size I didnât remember which was which. Anyway, I immediately got on Amazon and ordered this kitten food. Then drove to the store and got a bag to last me until my order arrived.The kittens love it (and yes they get their wet food too) and my other cats kept going for their food. I gave the big cats some (the inside cats) and now they prefer the kitten food over their Iams Proactive Health sensitive digestion and skin. I offer the big cats both and both get eaten. However, I do have one that only eats the kitten kibble. He is 14 years old. I wish that Iams would make the senior kibble the size of the kitten kibble as I think he just likes the size and it is easier for him to eat.Anyway, back to reviewing the kitten food itâs the perfect size and all are happy. I assume they love the taste too.

My kitten isn’t the greatest fan of the flavor and keeps trying to steal the adult cat food from my adult cat. However, she still eats plenty of this food when hungry. It’s a big bag of cat food for such a little creature so it’s been lasting a good amount of time. It has a subtle smell so it doesn’t stink up the room whenever I open the food container, and the texture is a bit softer to the touch which is good for little teeth! Good purchase overall.

Iâve always had cats and I got a dog a couple of years ago for the first time ever. Iâve done a lot of reading trying to find something good for them. That is yummy and they will eat. IAMs hits the mark.my boy would not eat canned food name brand didnât matter so I have been cooking for him pretty much from day one and it gets tiring. He is almost 13 and he had lived a life of hell so I will do anything I can for him he deserves it. I donât know what made me try this brand but oh my goodness he gobbled it down. I bought the same item in the same flavor and he ate two small bowls. Now I have spared no expense But just like canned food, he would not eat.I like the size of it because although he is large, someone tore all his teeth out pretty much he likes the pate, probably for the same reason. When you look at the food in the, can, you know what youâre looking at? it looks like people food, especially the beef. It looks like beef stew same with the chicken and itâs slow roasted. I canât tell you how thrilled I am recently. I switched over for my Cats and I am seeing such a difference in their coats already. Also in their litter boxes. I give them the dry they get a little bit of wet food. I donât like it. I also add probiotics but some of this has it in it already so read the label. Cats started out as a colony that came with the home. I have the most gorgeous boys and girls and a big part of it going forward is this food they may not have started off with a fair shake, but I think Iâm starting to show them just how special they are. My vet was happy when I told him what I was choosing.PS my dog had gastric issues constantly and was always getting sick with foam, which would only make him not eat even more. When he is empty, thatâs how he gets sick. We donât get that anymore. You would never guess his age. He recently became paralyzed from the waist down, a few months ago I wish you could see what he is doing for himself. He refuses to be disabled. He can stand on his back legs Scratch himself with his back leg and even get up on the couch most of the time. You probably realize dogs need their back legs. In the beginning, we would use the back porch to go in and out because thereâs one step I would have to lift him. Now he does a bunny hop on all force we use the front five steps sometimes he runs and his funny way. I am so proud of him. He would duck out of my way so I couldnât see him even though he was on his retractable leash I saw was him getting up and down like a ballerina practicing. Iâm not the one that got him to where he is now, he did it all by himself. I am disabled and now I am ashamed to complain after watching himI added some pictures to show you what the food does besides their natural beauty lol I just like to show my babies off. What can I say but they all deserve the best.

Just adopted a kitten and he did not hesitate to eat this. Not sure what brand he was eating before but he had no issues eating this mixed with some wet food or on its own. He comes to his bowl as soon as he hears me pick up the bag.
