I am visiting my mom while she is undergoing cancer treatments and ordered Kate’s book Monday. It arrived this evening and I dived in immediately! Honestly, I was most interested in making facial potions for myself, but, my attention turned to other benefits quickly! When I was reading to her about the anti-inflammatory and lymph properties, she asked me if I would find some castor oil tomorrow to make packs for the swelling in her arm and legs…yes ma’am, I will absolutely do that!!

I can answer that question- enough times to bend the cover back on its self from scouring through pages over and over again learning the magic of Castor Oil, the benefits to my whole family, the positive influence this bottle of magic has had on my physical health, my emotional well being and my pain management for a range of hitting the 50 years old ailments, and all in a format that can be understood- no flash language- no thesaurus needed for this one- just truth, clear language for everyone, recipes that anyone can follow and build on and printed in a font that means the reading glasses get some time off the face- (the castor oils makes them slip anyway ð). Thank you Kate for finally getting the word out there.
