Great support! I was having trouble running due to some pain from runner’s knee. This brace has given me great support with little to no knee pain since during my workout. I am very pleased.

I swear by the brand and is the only brand of knee brace I will ever use. Comfortable, easy to put on and stays in place throughout the workout. Gives me some stability in my knees and has helped reduce constant knee pain.

Fantastic support during recovery
Amazingly great fit and support. I am an active 56 y/o and when my knee was injured, I did all the right things but still had pain when horseback riding (dressage). I tried a couple of tradition knee braces but they didn’t stay in place during activities and then a friend suggested this company and their products. Right away, I noticed a difference in how I felt DURING the activity and AFTER the activity. I felt supported and then did not much pain after. There is some discomfort but that is due to the current injury and healing. This was the best support I found and I could keep enjoying the activities I love and not be stuck moping on the sofa. 🙂

The Bauerfeind sports compression knee sleeve has given really good compression. Make sure you measure accurately! It of course still may be too tight at first, but my experience with Bauerfeind knee braces shows with a few wears it stretches out a little and I need to wash them to get them back to right tighter fit. Don’t put these in the dryer, that will ruin the elasticity of the compression sleeve air dry them. Now I’ve only ever used the knee braces, and they aren’t as tight as these so, long term I’m not sure who this will do. I unfortunately am sending mine back as it made my pain increase while wearing it. Wrong item for my problem, I guess. Bauerfeind is a really good brand. My first brace was given to me by an orthopedic surgeon to prolong the need for surgery and it is working really well.

Excellent OTC knee brace.
No prescription needed, provides excellent support and easily wearable. No visible creases or clunky outlines under pants. German made, not chinese. This is the third brace like this I have had -made by BAUERFEIND- in the past ten years. These last and last, however Don’t put it in the dryer after machine washing [found that out the hard way with the first brace I bought].

Thought it was too tight at first. However, after wearing it a few times for walks (5+ miles) I preferred this brace over the others I had purchased. I am purchasing this again. (Lost the first). ACL is torn for the second time. Do not want to go through surgery and rehab again at 67. This brace works for me.

Disappointed
Before purchasing I did the measurements to ensure I got the right size. The first time I used the brace for a run I went about 4 miles and no issues what so ever. The next day I go to go for a run and it would not stay up. I ran maybe 200 meters and it was falling off and not staying in place at all. I ended up having to take it off to run. I have tried so much to be able to run again to be told this brand is the best and it will help alleviate the pain from a partially torn Patella tendon to just disappointed. There is no way after 1 run that the elasticity is gone but if that is the case then shame on this company for not properly manufacturing to hold up as advertised.

I started to feel some pain in my knees, but doesnât keep my from running/training. I didnât want it to become a more serious injury so I bought this splint, because I donât want to much support. I tried it the same day to go for a run⦠WHAT A WAIST OF MONEY!! It wouldnât stay put at all! If you sweat a minimum, this is not something you should buy. After 16 minutes, the splint was curled up on my knee. And of course, I sweated in the splint (because how can you know if itâs good or not if you donât try it) so I wont be able to return it⦠Such a disappointment! 1 star is by far too generous..
