Great shampoo
Iâve used it once since I bought it and loved how my hair is silky smooth and just smelled divine after. Thereâs zero frizz, my hair is super frizzy usually. But Iâm not sure why the instructions for directions to use says âdo not forget to shave legsâ. Is it a typo? Or does it mean we can use it to shave our legs! Iâm super intrigued!

I originally wanted a haircut, but I noticed my shampoo gave me a hard time. I saw Ouai online but had never heard of the brand before, so I tried it.When I first received the package, I was amazed at the smell and how it gave off a flowery essence. The suds in my hair made me feel like my hair was lathering great.After my shower, I noticed my hair was gleaming and silky and looked healthy. I tried it for a couple more weeks, and my hair has been happy. Eventually, I had to purchase the refill bag, which made me happier.

I have fine hair and I love the shine and silky feel from this shampoo. For us fine hair ladies, we do not want any products that add âweightâ that will flatten our hair. We still want some lift after our blow dry and this product meets these needs.The shampoo and conditioner has helped with my dry ends from blow drying. I highly recommend this product.

What a Differene!
To be upfront, I’ve only used this shampoo/conditioner combination twice as I just received it. The price is daunting, so I grabbed it up on Prime Day deal. The two days I used this set were the best hair days I’ve seen in years! My hair is straight-ish, frizzy in spots (those darn grays especially), and I color my roots every 4 weeks, so basically box color all over my hair at this point. This set left my hair feeling very soft, with minimal frizz, and even added some body (I wouldn’t call it volume, but that’s not what I was looking for anyway). The products definitely didn’t weigh my hair down at all, so that’s a plus as well – it’s perfect for fine hair, as it should be 🙂 As I use this more, if my opinion changes, I will update this review.

Texture & Breakouts ; fine hair
I like the scent it isnât strong, honestly think it could be stronger lol & I like what it has been doing for my hair .BUT, the shampoo doesnât feel like itâs cleaning anything I feel like when I do wash it I need to do it 3 times because of the texture of the shampoo is so thin feeling and barely any suds? Idk Iâve never experienced this with any other shampoo before. Also, this is the only thing I have changed / done differently in my normal routine and even my diet has been the same, and Iâm getting bumps(not pimples) around my hair line on my forehead . So for the price, the shampoo and conditioner is doing the job for the hair it seems but I donât think itâs worth it /: which makes me sad cause I had such high hopes

Great for thick hair
This product made my daughter’s hair become more healthy. She uses a hair straightner so this shampoo and conditioner really supports a heathy hair routine. May seem pricey but you don’t have to use volunious amounts like drug store brands and it smells beautiful.
