This is a nice, soft, but sturdy yoga block. I bought it to do yoga in my house and itâs great. I can easily store it away and I like the color when I have it out. It was one of the cheapest options I found and works well.

Very pretty and durable
These yoga blocks are perfect to help my aging body attain the poses I want. I really like them because of the color and pattern, too. Every time I use them, I think how pretty they are. The only thing that I donât like is that they do show scratches. But that just means they have been well used!

Good yoga blocks
Good things about these blocks specifically:- 9 x 6 x 4 inches – many cheaper blocks are 9 x 6 x 3.- Smooth surface.- Lots of colors to choose from. I like this “frost” color. It’s teal.- Get the job done.I chose this brand because it’s affordable AND this is the brand of yoga block that they had at the yoga studio I used to go to. Those blocks were years old and well-loved but they maintained their structural integrity. They do get dented, but they don’t crumble or anything, which is a risk with foam. If you want yoga blocks that don’t get dented, spend more money. A dented block is still a block, you know.I also bought a two-pack of blocks in gray from another one of Gaiam’s listings. They’re the same. Just buy the cheapest ones or the color you like best.

Great Tool for Yoga, Stretching, and Especially Hip Openers
I have some tight hips, and my physical therapist recommended a few exercises for home where having a block would be helpful (well, necessary…). I have a Gaiam yoga mat that has lasted the test of time, so I was drawn to the brand again. I liked that they offered a variety of fun colors and patterns, and I liked the price, so I purchased this. I love it. It everything I expected. It’s high quality, and my hips are doing amazing after adding this into my new exercise and mobility routine!

Beautiful and functional.
I have had a daily yoga practice for over 20 years, and have used many props during that time. While I had a couple of yoga blocks, I wanted a couple more so that I could do some restorative poses with more support. These blocks are absolutely beautiful and the beveled edges make them even more user-friendly.In addition, the price, now at under $9 each is excellent.On another note, if you havenât checked out gaia for their subscription yoga classes, I highly recommend it. Iâve been using this site for years, and for under $100 a year, you get streaming videos of every kind, every duration, and level.

Simply Beautiful!
I have been teaching myself yoga from a great book titled Yoga Where You Are that I ordered from Amazon. It is great for a beginner like me. Blocks like this are recommended for some poses. I liked the look of these Gaiam blocks and all the colors available. I bought a dark blue. The block is light and smooth. Very simple and pretty. I have been using it and can see how helpful it is and will continue to be. I am looking at getting another one when I finish this review. Very happy with this product.

Es un cubo muy cómodo y suave, también provee mucha firmeza para poder realizar actividades como yoga o entrenamiento de flexibilidad. La superficie es muy delicada, mi tortuga con subirse a él lo dejó todo rayado, recomiendo no dejarlo al alcance de las mascotas si quieren mantenerlo en perfecto estado. La decoración de los lados es muy bonita y la calidad alta.
