I love Pirouettes- they are perfect to quell a sweet tooth craving. One suffices sad they are very sweet! Itâs worth the cost.

Fresh but as usual about 1/2 were broken
Folks, when you order these don’t be surprised if as many as half of them are broken in the tin. They are just so very fragile they are nearly impossible to ship without some breakage. This is one of my favorite treats that I can rarely find in our local stores BUT they are fragile, and I have no idea what you can do to keep them from breaking during transit without completely changing how they are packaged. When I used to do cake decorating for a hobby, I used these for all sorts of things – I’d circle one layer of cake like they were a fence, or I’d stick one at an angle for a cupcake or use them as a holder for a cake ball. But these are just for me (and maybe my daughter if she is at my house). We don’t care if some or a lot are broken. Actually, this time only about half were broken and only 2 were broken into so many pieces they were almost a powder. Maybe if you squeezed them so tightly in the tin they’ keep each other whole, or maybe one fall would destroy all of them. Perhaps shipping them in a flat shaped tin, but that would make them more expensive. Some things that you love, you just have to live with their faults.

These cookies are really good. All the favors, but the chocolate filling one is my favorite. Itâs so flakey and good. They are very expensive for cookies though, so we only get them occasionally. The tin is nice too, and we usually keep it to use for various storage options.

Completely undesirable condition, it ultimately feels like this was sitting in storage for some time, it arrived with the majority of the sweet swirles broken & crushed, and it tasted like bunch a tasteless overly sweet sand in your mouth.

Great tasting cookie, fresh. My only complaint is that it wasn’t packaged for shipping very well. Most of them were in 1-2 inch pieces. Some smaller than that.
