It works!
I applied a quick abd thin coat on my nails 3 days ago and have not bit my nails in almost as long. I went to bite them 3 different times the first night of Application and it tastes absolutely awful, and the taste stays in your mouth for an hour! The taste does transfer so I can’t lick my finger tips either. It can get on your lips and then you’ll be tasting it for hours. I don’t care for the fact that it does transfer to things so gloves are needed when cooking. But at the end of the day the product 1000% works bc you are properly motivated to keep your hands away from your mouth.

Used for thumb sucking/nail biting toddler
My son is 3 and was chewing his nails and cuticles down to where they would bleed. This was originally used to solve the nail biting but as an added bonus helped with his thumb sucking. His teeth are already SO improved in just about a month. Completely extinguished the thumb sucking, occasionally he will still chew on his nails BUT not nearly as severely as he was before.

Works great
my son and daughter used to buy their nails. I put this on them for about 3 to 4 days and they stop biting their nails and then I would skip a couple of days and do it again they stopped biting their nails and they broke the habit. This works 100 out of 100.

Mixed opinion
I wish I could write two reviews for this product because my kids took to it very differently. I have two life-long thumb suckers, 6&3. After trying everything the Dr recommended which did little to nothing, I was desperate to make it stop. Add in covid and theyâd touch everything and stick their dirty thumb in their mouth and I was losing my mind. After my mother said this is how she got me to stop, I caved. Product came in, I put it on my thumbs. Both hubby and I agreed, while distasteful itâs a far cry from torture as mentioned in a few reviews here. So letâs give it a shot.Review #1- 6 YO. She is mentally done sucking her thumb, hates that she does it. Doesnât even realize itâs in her mouth. Asked us to help her stop. Reluctantly agreed to try this, after minimal whining of the taste she let it go. Evening went on, she came to me 3 hours later ecstatic to announce she did not suck her thumb! Went to bed, I checked on her (normally her worst time) and no thumb in her mouth. Success! 5 starts!Review #2- 3YO. By far the most stubborn child youâll meet. Sucking the skin off her thumbs, will keep sucking as they bleed. Gap in her teeth from the sucking, the whole thing. Will take her thumb out if prompted but it never lasts. I put on one coat of this stuff, she made a face but kept sucking. Ok 2 layers… You get where Iâm going with this right? Four coats later, sheâs still sucking her thumb. I ask, isnât that thumb yucky!?! Yes mommy. Ok then why are you sucking it!? I donât know. Completely unfazed. 0 stars. If you have a thumb sucker or nail biter I would give it a shot. But if theyâre as stubborn as my youngest, youâll be back to googling to find another answer.

Works
This product works in helping stop nail biting. It doesnât burn your mouth or your eyes. It just lets you know you are putting your nails in your mouth. For those who are unaware that is what they are doing.

This take like 20 min to dry
The first thing I thought we itâs super easy to use, just like any other nail polish, after I applied it, I blew on it for a bit, you know to speed up the drying process. I thought ok this was plenty of time. Went about my business for a few minutes then took a look to be safe. One nail was basically pealed off. I touched all the other nails and every single one left a mark, still not dry. It does taste bad enough to remind you to stop, but seriously if you want it to look like a nice smooth finish, you will have to sit and do nothing but blow on them for at least 15 minutes.

ACETATE!!
The product description does a great job of showing what it doesn’t have and the natural ingredients it has, but the smell is OVERPOWERING and when you take a closer look it is full of different kids of Acetate, Acid, Copolymer, Alchohol, and a lot of other bad sounding things. No wonder one of the reviewer’s kids threw up. (didn’t read that until after I bought it.) And of course, because of all the highly flammable stuff in it, you can’t return it.

Works great
This taste like junk. Disgusting which is why it works. My daughter hasnât been putting her hands in her mouth for the last week. Iâm so happy and her nails are growing back. Great product

Recomendable, poco a poco te va quitando las ganas de morderte o chuparte los dedos ya que es súper fuerte el sabor tanto agrio como desagradable. 10/10

I can’t say enough good things about this product! While it has a terrible flavor (which is exactly the point), it was the only thing that helped my son stop sucking his thumb at night. After just three nights of use, he completely stopped! Itâs easy to apply and has worked wonders for us. I highly recommend it for anyone struggling with nail biting or thumb sucking!

So before I write this review, I wanted to try it out first, not sure how someone can give a review without trying it first.Pros: Definitely deters me from biting my nails or putting it anywhere near my mouth.Cons: Once it goes near the mouth, the taste is so bitter but it stays on my lips, I cannot get rid of the taste. Also cannot eat finger foods as it was transfer in the mouth, so it doesn’t make eating popcorn appetizing. Also, it wears off after a few days, so definitely need to re-apply, after hand washing and showers. So overall it works, but just leave a bad taste in the mouth and on my lips so I have to be very mindful with keeping my hands away from my mouth. Also, if you pick your nose or scratch your ears, or rub your eyes, you can sense the feeling of burning a bit.
