I have reinjured an old sprained ankle. Tried cold/hot compresses and used an ace bandage for the lase 6 weeks and had little success. Picked up this ankle wrap and over night had a reduction in swelling and pain. I wear the wrap for about 8 hrs a day and during my higher activity times. I am able to go for a walk and do mild activities with minimal discomfort. The wrap is easy to put on and off and is adjustable

Good quality and easy to use
The ankle brace was of nice quality at good price, easy to use. I broke my fibula and tabular many years agoand the past few years this has caused pain due to arthritis at the up and down motion of the foot. This brace fits nicely, firm , but not too tight. ( I WEAR A 10 1/2 MEDIUM SHOE) I also ride my bike 30-40 miles a week and this brace helps. I am 80 years old and do not like to take pain meds ,so I look for items that lessen the pain.The brace can also be adjusted to add as much force as you need to support the weak ankle. Lastly , it cost 8.99 or less than a hamburger, so splurge.

The Straps Are Not Long Enough To Wrap Around My Ankle Twice
I looked at all of the videos and I’m pretty sure that the strap crisscrosses the front of the foot, crosses again behind the ankle and comes back around to cross a second time in front of the foot for a secure fit. The straps on my product were too short for the second wrap back to the front. FYI: I wear a 6.5 shoe and have narrow ankles. Defective product, not delivered as advertisedI’m not sending them back, as they are at least providing adequate compression after I jerry rigged it….

Perfect compression for my ankle.
I have an old severe ankle sprain from years of playing tennis. Now, every so often, I will step wrong and cause enough pain that I can not exercise etc. Even tho I had an old brace, this one is MUCH better. The compression from the sock is perfect and the added straps for ankle support gives me the ability to do all forms of exercise. If you read the directions, it is very easy to put on and take off. After about 10 days I was back to normal. This is exactly what I needed.

I recently sprained my ankle . I needed support of healing and to be able to walk . This was perfect! I like the sock mesh that helps with swelling! A great value for a great ankle support! Easy to use and put on ! It is pretty comfortable and not very bulky .

My son used this and said it worked fine for a few weeks for support however the material seemed to have loosened and lost elasticity after about 2 weeks and the threads started to fray.
