Incredible!
Like my parents & grandparents, Iâm a loud snorer, wake up with a dry throat and tongue, and (sorry!) drool on my pillow.These have instantly changed all of that. My snoring is so reduced that my partner has woken up wondering whether I was even there. Iâm sleeping more deeply, and I donât wake up with a dry tongue or wet spot on my pillow.Takes some getting used to, having something in your nose. But itâs WELL worth it. Iâm ordering more for travel, family, etc.

I canât imagine how anyone can sleep in these. They are not painful but definitely in the realm of discomfort. It does enhance breathing but not that much. I recommend against these.

Small is too big
I wish there was a smaller size, the small hurts my nose. It widens the air passages but then irritates so I get congestion. Kind of counterproductive overall but might be okay if it fits your nose.
