Living in it post knee surgery under brace protection
5â9, 160lb, F. Purchased the day after I had a partial meniscectomy, my acl graft removed and a bone graft transplanted into my tibial tunnel. Needless to say I was swollen and miserable and the hospital wrap and dressing already driving me up the wall. This sleeve runs warmer, but Iâm perfectly fine with that, it gives a perfect compression and comfort and thickness to protect the incisions and skin from ice and from the pressure of the knee brace. It slides on super nice and easy and wasnât painful pulling it on post surgery. Iâve now been living in it for 6 days and it makes showering and putting the brace back on after a shower much simpler and I feel much more comfortable. This hasnât stretched or begun to sag yet, even after 6 days with fluctuating knee/leg swelling: I highly recommend to have for post op when youâre able to change dressings, so much more manageable than an ace bandage (I donât claim this is a replacement for compression needs that an ace wrap can give) but certainly much better in a sense that itâs not unwrapping.

Works perfectly with my Don Joy brace. Washes well. Feels better. Brace can slip with sleeve so you’ll probably wear the brace a little tighter.

Makes my knee brace comfy enough for 24-hour wear
This product was exactly what I wanted: a simple fabric sleeve to line my Ossur Rebound knee brace so my skin doesn’t get irritated by the prickly or sticky parts of the brace. It makes my knee brace comfortable enough that I can wear it all day and all night. I honestly don’t understand some of the complaints I read about it. The size corresponded perfectly to my knee brace’s size. It doesn’t make my brace slip down more easily. It doesn’t have any elastic at the top to irritate my skin further. It doesn’t shrink or stretch out when washed on cold and dried on low. My only complaint is that it has a bumpy fabric seam where it is sewn together, so I just wear it turned inside-out. Problem solved. Without this undersleeve, I would’ve been miserable wearing my knee brace for 2 months. Thanks for a great product!

Sizing chart inaccurate, material lacks elasticity
I tried this knee sleeve brand for the first time and bought the same size I have used for other brands (according to their measurement chart Medium was the size for me – same measurement used by other brands that have fit for me). The material is smooth and feels good against the skin, but as soon as you put it on and begin to walk around it starts slipping down your thigh and bunches up against the top of the knee brace. Needs to have more elasticity to snuggly fit and stay in place. Don’t buy this brand as they will not allow you to return the item.

Great but small fault
I have a post OP brace on one knee and an unload brace on the other. I love how these feel and how they protect my skin from the velcro and straps. The only issue I have is that they do slide down. The hem has come undone on all 3 sleeves that’s I’ve purchased. I’ve washed them on gentle even.

Soft and huggable
My Comfort Sleeve started to tatter after much use. I dreaded having to search to find a replacement. After investigating an exact replacement, I discovered this sleeve on Amazon by DonJoy. They are big manufacturers of brace hardware. I figured “what the heck” I’ll try it. It turned out to work fine. I use it as the photograph implies. One downside: the turned down portion of the sleeve at the top tends to work it’s way off since it is not as elastic as my Comfort sleeve. On the flip-side, it does not compress my leg as much either. Now I just have to see how long it lasts.

Fits super well!
Feels like itâs almost made out a legging material (ignore the cat hair in photo) Fits really nicely over my leg. Iâm 5â7â 135, got a medium! I use it to help with my acl recovery. Fits the brace really well. I donât sweat and it doesnât get stuck. No silicone or rubber on it which is super great. Had some issues with shipment but Amazon was on it!

The undersleeve was too small and have had to spend an extra £26 to buy another one as i did not get a choice when ordering the brace. It does feel uncomfortable and I have had to remove it after a couple of hours.
