Tastiest low carb pasta dupe that I have found
This is the best tasting pasta for the macros: it has low calories, high fiber, high protein, and most importantly, has the texture of real pasta.

Tastes just like regular pasta
This was a great addition to my diet and allows me to still enjoy my favorite pasta dishes. Neither my husband or I can tell the difference between this and regular pasta. I do recommend cooking it for the full 10 minutes or longer to avoid a very slight firmness. If you are trying to reduce your calorie intake this pasta is well worth the cost.

Tastes like ‘real’ pasta…but the price!!!
First pasta I have bought that tasted like real pasta. SO I’m thrilled about that.But the PRICE is horrific! Also, the package says it contains 4 cups- as soon as I saw the size of the package, I knew that was wrong. But I measured anyway- you only get 3 cups, not four. (In their defense, maybe they mean after cooking-but the pasta didn’t look any larger after cooking.Will I buy again? Yes. It has 27 grams of fiber per ‘serving’ and it doesn’t taste like cardboard. Also, love the low calorie count.4 stars instead of five because of price-it’s just crazy!

This does taste like pasta normally does. I cook mine for 20 minutes. I drop it in on a full rolling boil, then turn the heat down from high to 6. I leave it sit on 6 (soft boil) for 20 full minutes. It doesn’t fall apart, it doesn’t cook past al dente. I normally do not eat pasta al dente. I like mine a wee bit softer. That said, the trade off was easy for me to start liking al dente. One serving of the Low Calorie has 27 mg of fiber. I struggle hitting this macro consistently. I usually end up eating a lot of peas to play catch up. Personally pasta is way more fun to eat than peas. Low sodium, low cal, decent protein, great fiber. Love it.

Great low carb pasta
I live a low carb life style and this pasta is the best Iâve found so far. It tastes great and doesnât have that strange texture that most low carb pastas do.

Taste great and low-carb!
I really like the taste and the texture of this pasta, however, The Penne style is way too large. It comes out huge when you cook it. Would love for them to get some new shapes of pasta also. Other than that, taste and texture are wonderful and of course, being keto it is pricey. But not the worst Iâve seen.
