Therafirm products offer true gradient compression, which is compression that delivers a controlled amount of pressure greatest at the ankle and gradually decreases toward the top of stocking. This type of compression promotes better blood flow, assists in preventing swelling and provides relief for tired, achy legs.

Give your legs a lift
These socks are perfect for those who spend long hours on their feet; and work equally well for the desk-bound. The light support helps to prevent or minimize swelling that can accompany hours spent standing or with knees bent (as in office work). The wide band at the top is comfortable but doesn’t slip or roll down. They would also be a good choice for travelers. Comes in several colors to satisfy the fashion-conscious.

Helps When You Need It
Not much to say about compression socks but they do a good job. They run a bit long in size, almost above the knee when I was wanting below the knee. They fit comfortably, seem to be good quality as well. Therafirm has a good rep for these type of products and the price was very reasonable. All in all I would purchase again.

Not as good as they used to be!
I had this same brand of support socks 10 years ago, they lasted for 7 years of HARD hospital wear and many, many washings. So when I needed to go back to support socks, of course I bought Therafirm – it didn’t even occur to me to look elsewhere. These new socks are no good. Day 1 my toe went through one of the socks, which I might expect if I bought something cheap at the dollar store, but not Therafirm. I have taken them all out of pkgs and washed them, or I would try to return for refund. Now I’m back to the drawing board to try and find something well-made that will last more than 1 wearing.

A good compression alternative for close cut pants
I have worn compression stockings for over a decade secondary to DVT (blood clots) and the resultant venous stasis with uncomfortable edema. I also work on my feet in a hospital. I have used a variety of brands, styles and lengths of compression garments for different needs. For those times when you need some compression under a pair of pants that will adhere in an unattractive fashion to a thicker weave (like Sockwell compression socks for example), these work nicely. I won’t be wearing them for 12 shifts, but they are perfect for several hours.

purchased wrong size.
We purchased the same size compression hose that we have previously ordered but the hose are too tight so they were returned and we will order a larger size next time.

Great support stocking!
I have purchased these stockings before and they are still the same great quality. They are not too tight at the tops, but they provide good knee high support.

happy feet
I’m a cosmetology student so I have to stand all day. These socks are wonderful. Since I’ve gotten them, I don’t get aches or pains while I’m working and I still have enough energy to go to the gym after classes. They’ve made the biggest difference.
