I ordered this rectangular bolster to support me during yoga and meditation. This yoga bolster has the perfect firmness and size and feels well-made and durable. Although itâs relatively big and heavy since it filled with natural buckwheat hulls, itâs really very solid and supportive, especially when reclining back in saddle pose. The fabric is a sturdy yet soft canvas, and the cover is washable. Highly recommend this buckwheat bolster!
