But if we take a look at the ingredients, thereâs something a bit unclear: cheddar cheese flavoring made with palm oil. Iâm not sure how to interpret that, but the cheese flavor is definitely present. After all, you didnât think they were actually putting chunks of cheese in these crackers, did you?The crackers perfectly balance flavor and texture. Iâve already mentioned the taste; the texture is not too dry but still crispy. A cracker should crunch!The crackers themselves are small, and that seems to raise a lot of questions for buyers because the manufacturer even printed the crackerâs natural size on the packaging. I donât see anything wrong with that, but Iâll mention that its size is just over an inch.The only downside that others have noted is their saltiness. Sometimes it feels a bit higher than I would prefer.Every time I buy them, the quality is top-notch, and the taste is simply excellent.

Way too salty
I don’t know why so many products have to have so much sodium. I guess to cover poor flavors and cheap ingredients, and to promote longer shelf life since salt works as a preservative. These crackers are tiny, priced ok for organic, they have good ingredients, and they would taste fine if it weren’t for all the sodium. It’s all I can taste. Are our palates so saturated with overkill that we think this much unnecessary salt tastes good?

I have a very picky toddler at home. I swear she lives off these cheese crackers. I buy about three boxes per week and she LOVES them. The quality is always great and I like to think they are healthier than other options!
