I’m always a little leery about any sleep product, but after reading an article on sleep (and the loss of it by a lot of people, myself included, during the pandemic) I decided to try Melatonin. I researched several products and decided on this one, mainly because it’s sugar free and chewable, and also because a whole dose is two gummies; I like to start a new product with half a dose if possible – which would mean only one gummy in this case. And surprise, surprise – it actually works. For the third night in a row I have taken one gummy right at bedtime, within 10 minutes i am sound asleep. If I wake during the night, which I almost always do, I go right back to sleep – which is a new experience for me. Prior to this, waking in the middle of the night was always fraught, staying awake sometimes for 2-3 hours, some nights not getting back to sleep at all. So if you’re having sleepless nights, I would highly recommend giving this natural substance a try. It feels good to sleep again.

Iâve tried what feels like 100 different melatonins and I like this one a lot. The taste is nice and fruity -I like that itâs in gummy form and cute shapes! I will say that the gummies are very sticky when you start chewing them.

These are by far my favorite tasting melatonin gummies!! PLUS theyâre sugar-free!! Perfect for men Theyâre orange flavored and is super tasty! I personally like to take 3 of these because I feel like they work better for me and gives me a more natural feeling of feeling sleepy. Everyone is different but I usually find it kicking in after 30 minutes or so? Definitely helps me sleep a lot better without waking up so many times in the night. I donât wake up groggy, which is a plus. Also, Iâve noticed these donât make my legs feel weird or jittery like the Olly brand Immunity Sleep, does. These gummies have a soft texture more like eating a Swedish fish candy and not like gummy bears (hope that helps for reference). If you like a gummy bear texture , Iâd recommend the Olly or Vitafusion brand!My advice is try different ones to truly find one that works best for you. Try taking them on a weekend to see if the recommended dosage works or do you need more. I love this taste and it tastes just like candy for me so I think this is a keeper for me!

Works well, and I have deeper dreams too
I have taken several versions of melatonin and they didn’t do anything for me. I saw these with good reviews so I figure I try them.Not only they taste good, but they actually work. Not only do I fall a sleep quicker, but I have deeper dreams which means I am sleeping better. My only dislike is that is made in China. I was warned not to consume food items from that country as there is no quality control.Ps. As a diabetic, I had no glucose increase from taking it as it’s pretty much sugar free.I hope my review was helpful to you.

Helps me go to sleep
I sometimes have trouble falling asleep. Sometimes I wonât be able to get to sleep hours after I go to bed. I take one of these about 30 minutes before bed and they have helped me get to sleep faster and sleep better throughout the night. No adverse effects the next morning as far as being sluggish when I need to get up. Hopefully they work well for you.

repeat purchase, except missing cap and nothing I can do about it
This was a repeat purchase and I liked it primarily because it is sugar free, but unfortunately this second purchase came with a missing cap and I can’t do anything about it because it can’t be exchanged or refunded. I’ll move to another container but it’s quite annoying!
