Great value
Great price and great value for what you get. If you are getting into bread making or sour dough this has basically everything you would need. I was worried that the banatons would be bad quality at the price but was pleasantly surprised that they were a good size and quality material. The lam likewise takes me bread making game to the next level, and the bench scrapers and dough whisk are also sturdy. Recommend.

Great Starter Kit
This kit has everything you need to start. Although, I should say none of this is necessary to make sourdough bread, but if you choose to by kit, this is as good as it get. All the items are a great quality, sturdy and easy to clean. The only minor complaint would be that the Danish Whisk has a hole on the bottom where the wire is attached to the wood. When washing it, you should make sure you put it upside down in a dish rack to dry so the water can run out. Otherwise, I could see a potential problem of mold build up. (This minor flaw is why I deducted 1 Star)

Wood is ok condition
The wood isnât completely smooth. There are broken pieces and small wood pieces sticking out. Havenât had a problem with them getting pieces in dough or anything and work just fine, just think the wood could be a little nicer.

Great set to get started with bread making!
I didnât have any of these tools before, so this was a great set to get started with bread making. We used it to make sourdough bread for Christmas. We used all but one of the tools provided, which made things simple! Tip: store everything together so that itâs easier to find everything each time you go to make bread.
