I like how thick this makes my shakes, even when I use water. The flavor is good, blend-able with lots of other things, but almost too sweet, which is why I gave it 4 stars. It is better mixed with other things. I usually put in some chocolate UltraNourish Superfood powder, collagen powder and a scoop of peanut butter and that makes it taste great. I have also tried it with a banana and that has been tasty as well. It does keep me full until lunchtime, but after a run I am ravenous. If you are looking for a good base protein powder, this one is great.

VERY DISAPPOINTED – Chemical smell & taste
I’ve been using this protein powder for a year but this recent order has a chemical smell and taste – it’s bad. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it bc you can’t return protein powder – so I wasted 65 bucks for something I won’t use. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I want my money back!
