It Works
I burn very easily. I love this supplement and I recommend it to all my friends and family. My kids are using it now. You still need to use sunscreen, but there were a couple occasions when I was in strong sun without access to sunscreen. Thanks to Heliocare I only got mildly red instead of fried. When I use Heliocare in conjunction with sunscreen, I don’t get burned. It makes your skin look better as well.

I got this recommend by my dermatologist because I’m super pale with very sensitive skin. I struggle on every vacation with sun exposure. I’ve tested it on a few occasions and noticed a difference. But the reason I had to write a review now is because I just got back from a desert island. I was so scared I’d burn to a crisp. I still applied my spf constantly but that’s something I’ve always done… I strongly believe that without these I’d be really suffering. The sun was so intense and the heat constant. For the first time ever I could even visit beaches for up to 4 hours!! This is a first for me. I did burn a tiny bit 2 days out of 8. But nothing. Amd I mean nothing compared to the suffering I usually experience even from west coast summer. So I know it was definitely working! 1000% could see a difference. I dunno how these would work as a daily supplement as I haven’t tried them that way… but if you have sun sensitivity, burn easily or have had, have, skin cancer, this helps protect you more in addition to your topical spf. I love it. Got my mom to try it and she also felt like she got less sunburn than she’d usually have. Almost nothing! These are amazing. I couldn’t remember if you can take more than one in extreme sun or prolonged exposure so I have to check back with my doctor. But I’ll be buying more. These are a must in my life nowðâ¤ï¸

Helps prevent sunburn issues
I used Heliocare in the past. When taken as recommended and coupled with a good SPF product, I was able to remain out in the sun longer than normal. To be sure, this product is not a replacement for SPF prevention and exposure to sunlight should be done with care. However, I am prone to sunburns and had absolutely no issue on my recent Caribbean trip. I always use this when I’m going to have extended sunlight hours in my days.

This supplement is supposed to protect skin from free radicals and improve skin condition. It’s too soon to tell if it’s working for this purpose, as only been using for a few weeks. Just trying it out and hope to see results. This is a pricey supplement, so if I don’t see results soon, I will probably not repurchase.

My dermatologist recommended this – and it works!
As a sun-loving Floridian I only use this when I know I will be in the sun for an extended period of time, and one bottle lasts me at least a couple years. It really works! I still use sunscreen, but don’t worry about reapplying as often as I would without having taken the Heliocare. Since I have started using this I have not found myself overexposed enough to get a sunburn. Highly recommend, but I would NOT recommend you use this as a replacement to other sun protection.

Effectiveness and Pricing
Visited my dermatologist last May; she recommended I take this while I go oversea to Asia for extra sun protection. I have hyperpigmentation skin. Every time I would go, I would come back to the US with more dark spots. But this time my skin did great. Iâm still using it til this day. Iâm on my 5th bottles.Highly recommend
