Work well
These only last a short while after you pop them to mix the ingredients and make them cold, but they get very cold and do what you need them to do. I got them for after my hysterectomy so that if I needed an ice pack in the night I wouldnât have to get up or wake my husband up to go to the freezer. I just kept the box beside me, and never needed more than 2 in a row. They provide quick relief in a pinch. I still have about half of them left, I keep some at home and some in my car in case of any accidents we may need them for as my boys are quite rowdy and sprain and breaks do definitely happen from time to time. Would recommend for after surgery, or for any home with wild children, or clumsy toddlers, even though my kids are teenagers or grown already. Would even come in handy if you get overheated, which is a real possibility here in East Texas where we get 105-110 actual temp and 115-120 with the heat index a lot of the time in the summer. Just handy to have around in my opinion.

Good quality for the money. You have to wring it really hard for about 10 minutes to get it cold. That’s a long time to wait when you’re injured.
