Good but not as nutritional as I thought
I wanted a healthier noodle alternative and saw these and was like perfect, brown rice noodles, sounds healthy. They are really really good! Nice texture, cook fast and I would definitely eat them again. For a gluten free noodle, wonderful! They have potato starch in them though so for a healthy carb, Iâm not sure. I was looking for something with more fiber. Not the noodles fault though, thatâs me not reading things like I should. Would definitely make them for my gluten free sister in law!

Really enjoyed this pasta. Ready in 3 minutes, cooks up great. So nice to have fresh pasta. Continue to buy it. Only problem is it doesnât last in the fridge, so you canât stock up on it, gets stuck together. We found best to buy one at a time.
