no odor or taste
There is no strong odor, any smell or taste This was important, and so far no side effects, stomach issues or anything negative. The small tablets are easy to swallow, and mine came in a small bottle, which I was also pleased with, it looks like some may be packed in foil pop outs, and to me thats a pain.

May have caused some constipation
I was happy when I found this because my doctor told me I needed to find a supplement to help with lowering my cholesterol and blood pressure or by the next time I did my labs if the numbers werenât better she was going to put me on medication. She knows I hate taking prescription drugs. So I usually take cholesteroff which has worked amazing for me in the past. But I stopped taking them because they got way too expensive. So I found these and after reading the reviews thought I would give them a try. So I started taking them and took them for about a week and then noticed that I was having issues having a bowel movement. I had some serious constipation which I never had any issues with before in the past that I wasnât able to fix with more water intake, exercise and adding more fruit and veggies to my diet. Did what I usually did in the past even added miralax and nothing seemed to help. So I stopped taking the pills. Iâm not sure if thatâs what caused the issue because I was taking a prescription drug my doc prescribed the first couple of days I started taking these. Itâs been about a month and I just started having regular normal bowel movementâs for two days now. I want to start taking these pills again but Iâm so scared that itâs what caused the constipation and because it took me so long to get it all under control again, Iâm not sure if I should take these or not. I hope that these werenât the cause because I have heard so many good things about them. But I may have to go back to paying a arm and a leg for the cholesteroff. Has anyone else had this issue? Sorry if itâs TMI
