Great Product, a Exceptional Customer Service
I was in the process of moving from Hawaii to the mainland with all the headache of flying with a pet. I couldn’t find a food/water dish for my cats kennel anywhere that I knew would pass the strict requirements. I was cutting it close and worried I wouldn’t receive it in time. Upon informing the company they made sure my order got out right away and I received it in plenty of time. It was the perfect size, easily durable enough for a cat and its travels, small enough to take up minimal kennel space, leaving more for the feline to “stand, turn around and lie down”, and clipped easily and securely to the kennel gate. Great, efficient product at and affordable price, with stellar customer service to boot! They’ve earned a loyal customer here, and I highly recommend these people and their stuff. To the people at KC Pet Products, thank you for being there for Simba and I in our time of need, I don’t know what we woulda done without you! (Probably woulda died.)

Exactly what I needed
This product is made very well and works perfectly for the crates. It is exactly what I needed so that they can travel with food and water and I donât have to worry about them knocking it off and such.

Great product!
We bought this for our flight for our aussie puppy. It’s surprisingly sturdy and can easily hold water and food for the flight. It clips right on to the crate door. The stickers were am added bonus!

A bit pricey, but it came in handy
This set came in handy for my fur babyâs kennel on the plane. The food and water combined bowl fit great on the side of the kennel and stayed in place the whole time. It includes 3 live animal stickers, and a form to include info on your fur baby that you can fill out ahead of time. I feel like this set was a bit on the pricey side, but I needed one right away and stores were out of them when I went looking, so I ordered this one.

double dish may be required by airline…
Some airlines require a double dish — food and water separated — and this does the trick. Freeze some water in one side, and then attach the double dish to the inside of the travel crate with some food in the other side. BTW… the airline Might Not Mention that you need a double dish (I am speaking from experience, shipping the animals freight or I suppose in cargo would be the same thing) but then they have one to sell you at the airport… I got lucky and one of the three representatives with whom I spoke did mention the double-dish requirement, as well as the requirement of METAL BOLTS and WINGNUTS to hold the crates’ bottom and top together; for some airlines, the nylon bolts and/or nuts do not meet the crate requirements, so think about replacing your nylon bolts and nuts before you get to the airport… or get out a drill and drill some holes and go to the hardware store and improvise some metal nuts/bolts to hold the crates together before you find out the hard way and they either refuse your crate and/or want to sell you another one once you arrive at the airport.
