Excellent spices for BBQ, kabobs, chicken, you name it. Delicious smell and taste. These spices are worth the price, and you get several applications with each bag (not just a one-shot).

Chicken shawrmas are my absolute favorite. This is quite possibly the best shawarma marinade I have ever experienced. I have tasted authentic shawrma on 4 different continents and in 17 different countries. This is it. If your not buy this for your shawarma mix your missing out. I would recommend that you try atleast one out and if your not satisfied ð I will be glad to change my review. However, I must state that you must also have the right garlic sauce, Arabian pickles for and most importantly the right khubse bread. Go try it for yourself and then please write your own review. My wife made it with chicken thigh meat and marinated it for only 1 day in a ziplock bag. Then griĺed it on an indoor grill. The smell will envelope your house! If you use chicken breast meat it will not taste as good because the fat makes all the difference! The garlic sauce recipes are in Pinecrest under lebanese garlick sauce. The bread Nd pickles should be available at your nearest middle eastern grocery store. No it is not the same with tortilla bread so don’t bother. American pickles don’t have the right ingredients so don’t mess with it unless that is your only option. Good luck and god speed! For all the people complaining (only like 4 picky eaters) they need to travel more and taste authentic lebanese shawarma. If you don’t know how to cook why bother trying something complicated use Pintrest for what it worth. The dryness comes from using the wrong type of meat and cooking it too long! Use thigh meat and the other correct garnishments or nothing will ever taste like a shawarma. No hard feelings I just don’t like people who don’t understand what this simple street food should be and then bother to leave a review.

A Power Pack of Flavor
I came upon these marinades while shopping in a middle eastern grocery far from where I live, in another state actually. Though I have a great variety of spices myself, it is much easier to pop your meat, chicken, shrimp or fish into these premade perfect spices marinades. The assortment contains a few not even found in the grocery. Just a word of caution, they ARE spicy so be sure to rinse and pat your protein before cooking. I didnât do that the first time I used a pack and paid the price ð. Definitely a kitchen must-have for lovers of spicy meals.

This has a dull, flat flavor. I thought it would be refreshing and different, but it was not. It worked great as a marinade overnight because the flavor was through and through. I was not too fond of its taste.

Love the product – case count was short
We love this Turkish marinade. Ordered 2 boxes with 6 pouches per box. Received 2 boxes, but one only contained 4 of the 6 pouches. Fortunately Amazon customer service handled the issue efficiently. This marinade is delicious on grilled chicken!
