I want to say thank you for fixing the issue, as my turtles and fluffy calico cat live the cat tree.But now to the points:1. I understand things happen during shipping, and things can be delayed. But I shouldn’t have to reach out to you to ask what is happening. I see that the package couldn’t be delivered. I had to reach out to the buyer to figure out what happened. I will still give 5 stars regardless of what happens.2. Thank you for making it right and fixing it and the speedy delivery.3. I love the color and the size and how my cats have space, it’s very soft and has many places for my cats to lounge.4. It’s very solid and easy to assemble and also very sturdy.5. Also it was not as expensive, it was able to fit in my budget, as I have seen more for more money. But it was this style and color I wanted.6. I would recommend this for other cat lovers.Thank you

Nice quality.
Very nice qualoty and easy to assemble. Seems pretty sturdy with with wide base. I put my outdoor cats in our barn for the winter and they love it!!!! Big enough for several cats.

Perfect cat tree
It’s prefect for our 11 pound chonker. She loves the scratching spots and her favorite places are the top platforms. They have memory foam padding which she loves. The material is soft and looks great. It was easy to assemble for my husband, he did it alone… with the help of the cat, of course. This tree is very sturdy. We have ours against the back of our couch, not up against a wall like what is recommended, and it’s perfectly stable. All in all, our cat loves it and i would purchase again.

Almost Purrfect
No one uses the hammock.The color is beautiful.The top tier could be larger.Plenty of scratching surfaces.They sleep like babies on it.Very sturdy.Assembly takes about 30 min.Good instructions.

All 4 of my cats use the tree! I like the sizing, stability, and baskets. They donât use base but are usually found napping in the sun. Assembly was easy to understand. The box part assembly was a little tricky but not horrible. I couldnât get top ladder plank to attach to box, but I donât think it needed to do not deducting a star.

My cats enjoy the hid away rooms in the cat tree. The product is great and is at good value for your money. It was easy to build and had a pretty good heavy board to keep it stable for the cats. If you want more stability then the tree comes with hooks to attach in your wall to keeping your tree from falling over.Please make sure you have all the parts needed. I read over the instructions and it said to made sure but I was missing two parts: the cat hammocks. So I messaged the seller and they were nice about it. They were really helpful and made sure that my address was correct. They also gave me the tracking information for the package of the missing parts.

Fantastic size and utility for multiple cats
So I had been eyeing this one for a while but felt it was little too pricey. They had a sale for about $99 recently so I snagged it. Put it together a couple days later and my cats have gone crazy on it. They love the lofts at the top and the dangly balls. My one complaint is the hammocks. They seem good enough for a kitten less than 1 year old. The hammocks are like half the size of the old cat tree hammock and one cat fits perfect in the old one. Overall though easy instructions to assemble, I have seen no wobble from multiple cats jumping on and off (bare in mind I don’t have the strap attached to the wall either).Highly recommend.

Not made for big cats!!
This product is not as nicely made as the last one I bought. The scratchy rope does not expand over the entire length of poles, they are only partially covered when the last one I brought was thicker and fully covered. The ladders are very narrow, the round hammocks are smaller and will not fit my cat and the beds have less padding.
