Tasty! Close, but donât overdo
If you are looking for sous-vide egg bites, these are not them. But they are some of the best frozen frittatas at my grocer.But like a big pan frittata, they can be slightly dry and rubbery, even when following instructions.For best results, microwave upside-down for half the recommended time, then flip and cook for a few seconds less than the remaining time.

Egg frittatas are delicious
I used to buy Petite quiches but the ingredients werenât as good. Applegate uses good ingredients and theyâre easy to microwave and delicious.

Taste Is Flat Too Much Sodium
Even though these bites are not very cost effective, I wanted something fast to keep on hand and possibly serve over the holidays. They are the size I expected, and fluffy or spongy, in which is fine, however there is no taste to me what so ever, besides a salty undertone. Why there has to be so much sodium in these products doesn’t make sense. If it is the sausage, then leave it out, and add more flavor with caramelized veggies or something. I won’t be buying again, not worth it.

Worst egg bites on the market
I normally like Applegate products, but these are barely edible. They are dry and spongy with a watery taste. I love egg bites, but I will never buy these again.
