Supports my forearm and allows me to play sports
The small was a little long for my short arm but it provided really good and tight support for my forearm and elbow. I cut 1 inch from the wrist side and the seams still held tight. I also fold it over a bit at the bicep end a bit to make it fit.

Were great, but…..
First set i got were great and still are. On this set, one of the sleeves burst at the lower seam after less than 5 wears.
