It’s What You Probably Expect – A Pretty Face, Mediocre Taste
The noodles hold their shape when cooked, so in that regard they are nice for the season.But, you know how like … rigatoni gives a different taste/vibe than macaroni? Same thing here. The shaped noodles just don’t seem to lend themselves well to dishes.They are definitely cute.Of course, they break apart when stirred too much. So that limits the dish a bit. They aren’t great as just butter noodles for that reason.I think they would do well as “accent noodles” in other pasta dishes.
