This stuff really helps my joints!
So when I initially started taking this I was mostly hoping for skin improvement. I think it helped a little but I wasnât sold after I ran out of the bottle. So I didnât re-order at first. After about a week what I realized is that it really had been helping my stiff joints! I was stiff and sore and didnât realize that this stuff had helped so much. I re-ordered it again after about two weeks and once I started taking it again, my joints felt so much better! Like SO much better. I love that the capsules are small and easy to swallow, because I hate pills. No negative side effects at all. As far as my skin improvement, it does look better while taking it, more hydrated and supple to the touch. I love that itâs inexpensive and works very well for me. I will continue taming this for my joints if nothing else.

Great help with moisture retention from the inside out
I love these, they are great! They help your skin be moist and dewy and plump, from the inside out. They are very effective with your skin health and an added benefit is it helps with joint health. They’re easy to swallow because they are capsules, there’s no after taste. They are worth the price and a super value.

Well, I can’t tell for sure if this works, but I’m 50, get a lot of sun, and my skin looks great! My joints feel a bit better since I’ve added this, coQ10, and fish oil to my routine, as well. I’m skeptical of almost all vitamins and supplements, but the science is there for these. It can’t hurt, so why not!

My cousinâs chiropractor recommended this brand to her and she recommended it to me. She told me of how great it was doing for her. She said she experienced no side effects, no stomach issues, just pain relief. However, I wasnât totally sure at first. Iâve tried other supplements for knee pain relief and they didnât work. However, after taking the pills for less than a week, to my surprise, I finally experienced pain relief! The vitamins contained in the supplements doesnât interfere or is too much. I wasnât sure because I do take other vitamins and supplements, no issues! Very easy to use and swollen. I havenât experienced any negative side or health effects using this product. In fact, they work so well, I have a subscription so I wonât run out.

The only issue is that it’s high amounts but I knew it when I was buying it. To solve that issue I simply split all of them in a half and now it will last me much longer. This product is great quality, Is good for your skin health and is effective. It is very easy to swallow and has no taste.Hyaluronic acid can also help with joint health and pain relief. I would definitely recommend getting this.

Don’t care for the capsules
They may be okay but I don’t really care for the capsules. Would rather use a softgel instead. Will continue to take but will look for it in a softgel. Capsules get stuck in throat and it saids to take four a day. So started out doing two twice a day and now have cutback to one or two a day.
