Strong and effective
Holy cow. These are amazing. They generate deep heat for over 8 hours. You can cut them to size if you need them to be smaller. I have carpal tunnel and these offer a lot of relief. This is the best brand.

Good Product
Works fast, adhesive works well. Provides lonlasting pain relief and remains stuck to you.I’d recommend this product. I have a strained upper pectoral muscle, so my shoulder is in bad shape. These helped me sleep initially.

Great product
Don’t waste your time with the roll on or rub on stuff. These patches put them to shame. These work great. I use them for hip and back pain. Can make it all the way through the day with reduced to no pain. Shared a couple with a coworker and he had the same results. Don’t think twice, give them a try.

Great cooling effect but â¦
These biofreeze patches have a great cooling sensation effect. After wearing 2 patches within 2 days knee pain was gone. However, the corners of the patches tend to curl up and not stick well. Not really a big problem, but still a bit annoying. Not too thick or thin, just right. They last for some good hours. Only wish theyâd stick better at the corners and at times the edges. Will still continue buying as they work well for pain.

While expensive it works!
This stuff has been a life saver when my backs locked up, muscle relaxers in combo with this had been my holy grail for those horrible times. Cool, sticks okay, can roll sometimes but stays cool and works as long at itâs on. Does stretch a bit and can smell the medication. Worth it for that muscle relaxation!

These work so good and last all day
I love Biofreeze and these are so convenient. I mostly like that I don’t get the smell on my hands. These are very easy to apply. They stay on and work all day long. Will purchase again.

average in results
i bought three different products and was surprised how this company calls this a large patch. while they do give the measurements prior to purchase i had to see them for myself and try them out before i made any comment about the product. they have a strong scent but i didnt buy them for the smell. i wanted a BACK size pad and not one for a wrist or quarter neck size. i wont buy this product again as i can get many more products and get better results. These have a varying satisfactory history with me this all depends on the weather, the temperature how much you sweat, where you are putting the pad and more. If you can use medical tape to hold these in place because they can roll off or become too mushy to work properly. It also depends on where you put these pads (and, oh btw you don’t want to apply this and then touch sensitive areas like you eyes or any others sensitive area before you wash your hands. Wash first and diligently before anywhere else. I use them on my neck, arms, legs chest and back. They are NOT perfect for everyone but they do provide some pain relief for me. There isn’t one perfect tool which will work on everyone. Some may need physical therapy and/or pain relief meds and/or wraps/support devices. I am trying the icy hot roll on product to be more targeting to locations of pain. There are advantages to using the pads and advantages to using the roll on. The pads don’t transfer the medication to clothing as the roll on will but when the medication wears off from the pads you just peal it off and wash the area well. There is nothing to throw away with the roll on. The pads require to be kept in a sealed bag so they don’t all activate in air and become useless when needed so the roll on gains traction over the pads for transport and use. Having said all that, again, its all personal choice. You might need to try them all and decide if you want/need increased/decreased medical strength of one over the other or which chemical is used for one or the other. Some may have negative reaction to one over the other. You might even need to speak to your physician before you try any of these pads/roll one for me its mostly a question of how bad the pain is on a given day, what activities I will be involved in, the weather and other factors on a daily basis. I will say this again, WATCH WHAT YOU TOCH AFTER HANDLING ANY OF THESE ITEMS AS THEY CAN CAUSE LOCALIZED MEDICAL ISSUES (LIKE GROIN) OR WORSE IF YOU TOUCH ANYWHERE NEAR EYES.

Biofreeze on a whole different level
I have used bio freeze for years so much so I buy the professional size bottle, but these patches are my new go to. Being able to keep it on for hours vs. the traditional gel is amazing and the results are so much better. I have a long history of back issues and I will often put one on at night and the next morning I wake up pain free which I never got from the gel. And of course I love that its “drug” free so I can still take pain meds if needed. I literally can’t say enough positive things about them! Just a warning it is shockingly cold for a couple seconds but well worth it!

Ideal easy application but corners can turn up a bit and then will come lose.

I used the freeze spray often and after an awful bout of sciatica I have tried these patches from the same brand.I’m very pleased with them. They’re a bit of a faff to apply as they stick to themselves, but worth persevering! Once on they adhere well.Best of all, they don’t interact with any of my existing meds. The smell is minimal, much less than the spray. They definitely provide some pain relief.Happy to recommend, I’ve already bought a second pack.
