FiRM UP with Cranberry for dogs and cats affordably supports and maintains healthy digestion, urinary tract, and stool consistency in pets. It may be used by pet owners when transitioning foods, nervous travel, and as a daily digestive supplement to maintain regularity. The three ingredients – Pumpkin, Apple, Pectin, and Cranberry – all of which are 100 percent are grown, harvested, made, and hand-packaged in the USA. These three ingredients are a supplemental source of vitamin C and E, potassium, magnesium, fiber, and alpha and beta carotenes. Our product is shelf stable can be fed wet or dry and mixed with food.
HOW DOES FIRM UP SUPPORT CONSISTENT POOPS?
Occasional diarrhea due to dietary indiscretion = LACK OF WATER absorption of the colon and lower bowel. The fiber factor in FiRM UP may aid in forming solid stool by slowing down digestion and the passage of waste, giving the body time to naturally absorb more water.
Occasional constipation due to dietary indiscretion = TOO MUCH WATER reabsorbed into the body due to the slow passage of waste matter through the colon. The result is dry and difficult to pass stools. The fiber factor in FiRM UP may help in keeping water from being reabsorbed by the colon; giving the colon the proper fluids it needs for hard to pass stool.

COST EFFECTIVE, NO MORE WASTE – Ditch the can! No more waste from half used spoiled cans of pumpkin. We make it simple with Firm Up… use what you need when you need it and simply reseal the pouch and store it in the pantry for the next occasion or take it with you for on the go use as it is lightweight and easy to transport.
SUPPORTS DIGESTIVE REGULARITY – The FIRM UP pumpkin supplement quickly and effectively supports stool consistency for occasional diarrhea AND constipation due to dietary indiscretion. By nourishing gut flora, it supports colon and gut health.
URINARY TRACT HEALTH – Not only does pumpkin simplify the transition when changing diets, the added cranberry helps support a healthy urinary tract in both cats and dogs.
DOGS AND CATS LOVE THE TASTE AND IT IS EASY TO FEED – Simply mix with water for a canned pumpkin consistency, sprinkle on and mix with food, or can be made into treats. Dogs and cats devour this pumpkin while fur-parents often call it a lifesaver.

Updated Review — very good product, with one caveat
*** Updated review 2/13/19My dog likes this product and it has been very useful to help with loose bowel movements. However, this product is not sufficient to deal with long term digestive issues. In my review below, I went into detail about how well this helped my dog. But over time, the efficacy wore off, because the underlying dietary and health issues were not addressed. As the loose stools returned, I found it necessary to visit the vet and put my dog on a prescription diet. I was feeding my dog a diet that was overly diverse, and I have had to simplify his diet. Since that time, it is rare that he has digestive issues. When those issues arise, I will add this to his food, and it always helps. I would just urge anyone using this product to pay attention to chronic issues and to not use this as a substitute for dietary changes and proper medical care.________________________________________________________After using this once, I saw an immediate difference for my dog.I had no familiarity with anal gland problems when I first brought home my dog. When I was a kid, looking back, my dog had this problem, but we always thought the scooting meant that she had worms. The vet never told us any different and he treated her for worms. Now years later, my border collie has problems with anal glands. From the beginning, he always seemed to be straining when he had to defecate. It always looked to me like he was constipated, so I fed him lots of veggies hoping that this would provide some relief. His stools never seemed to be hard, but they weren’t really runny either. When he started to scoot, I took him to the vet. They told me that he needed to have his anal glands expressed. They did not tell me what the underlying cause of this was, they just said that sometimes dogs just have issues like this, and occasionally he would likely need to have his anal glands expressed. They told me to give him canned pumpkin but they did not explain why. I thought it was likely to loosen his stools. I did give him pumpkin, but his problem stayed. After the second time that I took him to have his anal glands expressed, I decided to read up on the issue. It was then that I discovered that the problem was not constipation. Instead the problem was that his stools were too soft. So I turned to Amazon to find a product that might work. I chose this product based on reviews and the fact that the ingredients were grown in the USA. (Whether a product is made in the USA says little if the ingredients are not from the USA.)The difference was noted after just one serving of this product. Normally because of his difficult bowel movements, he does not tend to defecate away from home. I always thought it was odd that he did not defecate on walks or in the parks. Though, of course, I did not mind the fact that I never had to pick up after him. But he wouldn’t go even if it seemed apparent that he needed to. He would wait to get home, because of the effort it took for him to relieve himself. But the day that I gave this to him, I took him to the park to play fetch. Not long after we got there, he decided to do his thing. He squatted and 1,2,3… it was done. His poo was the most firm that I had ever seen it. For the first time ever, it seemed painless and effortless. Seeing that his poo was firm may sound like a strange thing to be happy about. But it was so good to think that his suffering in this regard may have come to an end.Prior to finding this product, he would wake me several times during the night so that he could go out and alleviate himself. Since giving him this product, we have slept through without interruption every night!!! I highly, highly recommend this product for anyone struggling with this, or related issues. I would recommend it preventatively as well.

Good stuff but my cat doesn’t think so 🙁
Well, I like it but my cat Nina does not 🙁 see my review below. I am giving this company and it’s product 4 stars though for reasons below.1. It’s all natural – just pumpkin, apple pectin and cranberry2. Great price3. Great company – grassroots start up and very transparent4. Food grade stuff – which I’ll explain in my video more :-)I put half a teaspoon in my cat’s food and she wouldn’t eat it. I made sure to mix it in the wet food that she likes but she wouldn’t touch it. I think it’s really hard to get cats to like stuff – dogs are definitely more amenable. So, I’m using it, yeah, I figured why not, I can put some in my shakes and it’s added vitamin c and of course fiber. One suggestion, based on some of the reviews here – if you’re going to try this out with your cat or dog, I wouldn’t recommend leaving your dogs alone – a lot said they came home to diarhhea etc. maybe start slow – that’s what my Mom’s doctor always says in terms of drugs – go low and slow….just something to keep in mine.

    Perfect for the icky poo
This is perfect for tummy upsets and loose stool. I used it as part of transitioning to a new dog food as well. It takes so little that the bad does last long. My dog thinks she’s getting a treat!

    Helped my cats!
I have two Silver Persian cats, both of whom can have digestive issues. This helps them tremendously so they are not straining in the litter box. They also like the taste, which is a big plus.

    Works as intended
I have a pet with chronic GI issues. Unfortunately this means his human has to be on the lookout for vomit and diarrhea around the house. The rest of the time, my furry friend is perfectly normal. But he’s had a flare up of his stomach issues recently, even though I keep him on a limited ingredient diet at the vet’s suggestion. I bought another bag of Firm Up! which is a nice sized back of dried, powdered pumpkin and cranberries. The bag has a nice quality closure that actually reseals, and I believe the shelf life is 2 years. Best of all, my cat doesn’t mind having this mixed into his dry food with a little water, or mixed into a can of wet cat food. Either way, he’ll eat it.This is my third time rebuying this brand. Highly recommended for its quality and value.
