My cats LOVE this pate!
Like many cats, my 2 can be hard to please, but they willingly eat this Fancy Feast Classic Pate. I’ve tried many, many canned foods & this is the one they’ll reliably eat. No loose stools, no wasted food or $$$.

Smells great, must taste sensational because my finicky âPrincessâ⦠Penny, LOVES THESE & laps them up more than she will ANY OTHER FLAVORS! Penny is ALWAYS a Fancy Feast girl & most likelyâ¦she always will be. Well worth every cent I spent. Lobster, Crab & Shrimp broths are silky-smooth, full of chunks (of what Iâm presuming is) salmon & I love the fresh pouches that seal in every drop of goodness. Penny LOVES them, so of courseâ¦SO DO I! Buy them! You & your precious fur baby will thank me later!

Our cat loves it when we mix a little in with her dry food. Item arrived not damaged and in great condition. We do the subscribe and save for this item and it makes it a great price plus I donât have to go to the store and get it.

Must be a good flavor!
These must taste fantastic because my cat goes absolutely crazy for these cans of food! This is by far her favorite brand and Favorite variety. The only reason that Iâve knocked off two stars is because the cans are small and theyâre very expensive. I can get larger cans in the same quantity or twice as many cans for the same price of another brand. And Iâm not talking about bottom shelf junk brands either. The portion size in these cans is not enough for one feeding for my cat so I have to feed about one and a quarter cans to one and a half cans. That makes these cans extremely expensive for our needs.

My cat likes it; high protein and low carb
My cat didnât love the vet subscription special diet food and I needed a low carb, high protein one for her. She doesnât even like pates all that much except if they are soft enough (not the firm gelatinous kind.) I like this food for her. Itâs more appropriate for cats ingredient wise without grains and fillers and unknown by-products or soy and I can easily break it up with a spoon for her plus I swish a little water in the can to get the juices and add that too. She happily eats a whole can twice a day as her meals. The box it comes in is also nice for storage- itâs light and thin and visually pleasant enough that I just keep them in it. It folds well for recycling too. I give a few varieties of the naturals flavors to mix it up for her. I recommend getting them at the store as singles first if your cat has strong preferences because she wouldnât eat certain flavors of it so I only got cases of what I knew she liked. She is doing well with this food and I am happy to use subscribe and save for it. It costs about $65 a month to feed her this which at this time(Spring 2024) is a good value. A can is close to 100 kcals a day which is higher than the gravy foods she used to eat and close to the vet suggested amount for her. I think this is a good canned option. It also seems fresh. The fish flavored smell is noticeably fishy. It doesnât cause fishy breathe. My cats breathe is undetectable to me when she eats this. This is probably the closet to a raw fed diet of any canned cat food weâve tried both in the limited ingredients and the positive results of her wellbeing. I recommend and will continue to feed it.
Edit: I am on my last case before my next shipment and found that multiple of the lower level cans are really dented. I wouldnât knowingly purchase dented cans like these, especially not with the seal busted which I wonât feed, so I will be in touch with Amazon about this. There wasnât anything noticeable from the external packaging. The box is very thin so it could be from shipping and the plastic wrapped around it covers it so you canât see. Itâs rare to see such dented cans of food in store. Still recommend the food, assuming this was a one time thing and shipments henceforth are all fine and useable.

It is affordable especially if you do the subscription purchase and my cat loves it. Simply to the sound of the can opening, he runs to the kitchen. So if he approves, I also approve!

Great food for cats
This is a great food for cats on a wet diet. We are trying to take ours off hard food completely and have finally done it and this just just one of the great foods we chose.

I love my cats. I use Fancy Feast per product recommendations and they are satisfied. Each have healthy fur, energy and are usually smacking my legs to get them more. I’m on a budget but also want to give them better food then grocery store brands. It works for us and I would recommend. They are fully vetted and have had no health issues. They’re inside and outdoor cats. Ages 1, 2, 3.
