My furry family enjoys this product and are responding well.My issue here is with the packaging, every month the bag of dog food comes packed in a box but the box is usually 2-4 times bigger than the bag. Makes it very awkward to handle and every single driver has had difficulty as the bag falls to one side of the box. Please be more conscious when packing this item as the large box makes it very difficult and awkward to handle, not to mention taking up excessive space for transport.Sorry forgot the pic. Before unpacking.
