This is the BEST gluten free rice pasta Iâve ever eaten- by far!!! It is so yummy! Great texture- not mushy. Most rice pasta Iâve cooked canât be saved for leftovers, but this pasta holds up and the quality of the noodle remains. (Which means it also works for cold pasta salad too!). Iâm not going to bother ever buying any other brand â Iâm a lifetime customer now!!

These are large elbows. They hold up better and cook about the same as wheat based pasta. They are excellent for one pot chili-mac, or mac and cheese.

After trying many different gluten free pastas I finally found my go to product. This one tastes and cooks up close to ârealâ pasta.Since I also avoid corn, my journey included bean and lentil based pastaâs which I found to be inedible. Fortunately I discovered the Jovial pasta which only uses rice as the ingredient and I can once again eat my favorite pasta dishes.
