Horrible Side Effects and Smell
When I opened the bottle, there was an overwhelming and immediate rotten egg smell. Having previously used the B Complex + 5 mg L-Methylfolate from this brand before, I assumed the smell had to do with the increased dosage to 15 mg L-Methylfolate and took a dose anyway. This was a horrible mistake. Later that day I experienced diarrhea and vomiting similar to food poisoning, followed by “sulphur burps” that tasted exactly like the product smelled. This lasted all night. I had not eaten anything unusual that day, so food poisoning is unlikely. I would not recommend this product to anyone and immediately discontinued usage. I will switch to either a lower dose again or a different brand. This was not at all what expected with such high reviews on this product!
