Works Great
The ankle strap works great for keeping the bottom of my pants leg out of the way from the crank set and potentially getting caught in the chain. They are easy to put on and take off and do not interfere with pedaling. If you’re in the market for a product like this – I would recommend them.

Perfect for protecting your pant leg while riding your bike
I’ve gone through a few of these straps, and this is definitely my favorite so far (the others have been generally lost/fallen off). I use this when I ride my bike to work to prevent my pant leg from flapping around and potentially getting caught in my chain. I’m a skinnier guy 5’11″/165lbs, with “regular” sized calfs. I’m a runner, so my legs aren’t skin-and-bone, but they’re not overly large, either. But this is a perfectly fine size. If you have huge calfs, this will probably be too small for you. But for women or average sized men, it should be fine. The inner velcro spans the entire length of the strap, so you’re not limited to how small or large you can attach this thing. The reflective strip is just a small portion of the strap — I wouldn’t buy this if that is your primary reason for wanting it.I’m not at all worried that this one will fall off easily and I will lose it. It holds much better than the other straps I’ve used. My only regret is that I didn’t get the wide version — but they were sold out when I ordered so I got this one instead.Pros: – Well made — seems to be made from an old bike tire (or made to seem that way) – Excellent hold – Velcro spans entire strapCons: – If you have huge calfs, will probably be too small – Reflective tape doesn’t seem like it would be super useful.
