Versatile, strong, easy to put together
I bought 3 of the13.8″ D x 23.6″ W x 79.5″ H shelves. One did not come with the shelf liners so I had to buy some. I added the “Finnhomy Stem Caster Wheels 2 Inch Heavy Duty Threaded Swivel Casters 1/4″ – 20 x 1 with Brake” wheels to these. They screwed in perfectly.I used 1 unit to combine with 2 units because I needed a lot of shelves. I had some shelves left over so I made a smaller unit as well.I also bought 2 of the 5 tier 15.7″D x 35.4W x 72.3″H. I added “Finnhomy Stem Caster Wheels 2 Inch Heavy Duty Threaded Swivel Casters 3/8″-16×1 with Brake Set” to this larger shelf system. Wheels screwed on but did seem a bit loose as compared to the smaller shelves. Still, these wheels are working awesome.I really like the versatility of these units as well as their strength, appearance, & ease of assembly (once I figured out “thin on top, thick on bottom”).

Poor customer service inquiries
I liked my wheeled 4 tier heavy duty wire shelving unit..Sturdy and easy to assemble, but I need another shelf and M MZG website is not very user friendly, and I’m not able to find how to order an extra shelf for my 26.6 D X 53.2 X 73.6 unit..So, don’t count on being able to contact M MZG if you have inquiries or a complaint.

Heavy duty! Each shelf holds tons
I purchased this shelving to replace an Amazon Basics model that was far less sturdy so that the shelving actually bent when I put just a fraction of what I have on the MZG ones. The MZG one was easier to assemble and even had instructions, something the Amazon Basics model lacked. I also had trouble with the plastic shelf supports sliding on the Amazon Basics, while that was not an issue with the MZG ones (the supports and poles are less flimsy). I needed shelves that could hold hold at least 300lb each and these deliver! There was no sagging or bending at all and it looks like the shelves could hold far more weight. They also look nicer in my room that the typical white or chrome shelving of this type. I have a small business and my supplies are not light, so I’m so glad that I found this shelving! It cost more than the Amazon Basics ones, but these were worth the extra money. I definitely can recommend them.Tip: There are lots of wire shelves out there, but they are not made equally. Many of the cheaper ones are made with thinner gauge metal and wire that will bend and warp if you try to put anything heavy on them (or worse, the plastic shelf supports slide and the shelf falls!). Read the product specifications to be sure how much each shelf can hold. I’ve found that quality has fallen over the years for even the same brands I’ve purchased previously, so make sure that you read RECENT reviews to be certain that has not happened. Naturally, you want to put the heaviest items on the lower shelves and try to distribute weight evenly for any shelving you buy. That said, we have at least 15 wire shelf racks in our large basement, garage, and in our home of various brands, but the MZG shelves are the sturdiest ones I’ve ever purchased.

When my wife told me that we needed some additional storage in our utility room, I knew right away what I was looking for; shelves that were sturdy, easy to assemble, relatively light, and most importantly, able to hold a large amount of stuff without difficulty.This set of shelves was the perfect solution, meeting all of these requirements. The package that the unit arrives in is relatively small; everything is packed tightly and efficiently. Having set up numerous similar shelves before, I was familiar with the basic procedure which involves placing small plastic brackets around the upright poles at the height you wish your shelves to be (the poles are conveniently marked every inch or so, so this is fairly straight forward). When there is a bracket on each pole at the correct height, you carefully lower the shelf over them (this definitely works best with two people) so that the holes in the shelf sit properly on them; a firm push downward on each corner will lock the shelf in place onto the bracket. While it might seem that shelves installed in this way might slide down the pole, my experience with this system has shown it to be very effective and not prone to any slippage. Happily, the unit has adjustable feet which allows for proper levelling of the unit. Assembly time is less than an hour.The shelves themselves are black; they are rustproof and very well constructed with edging running around their perimeter to provide added support. Additional support is supplied by cross members located every seven inches along each shelf. The shelving and support poles are smooth and nicely finished although their look is decidedly industrial. According to the product page, the weight rating for each shelf is 250 pounds.While the ability to support heavy loads is important to us, so is being able to set the shelves at whatever height we like; this is certainly one of the major advantages of this unit. We also appreciate the fact that, once assembled, it is light enough to be easily moved from one location to another.As far as my wife and I are concerned, this is the perfect shelving unit for home use; it’s far easier than constructing shelves and provides a simple, flexible solution to our storage needs. While, at its current price of $135 CAD, it is a bit more expensive than some of its competitors, for us the quality construction and looks of this set is more than worth the added cost. Highly recommended!

This shelf is a great addition for organizing any room. I like the adjustable feet — they make it easy to keep stable wherever you put it. The construction feels strong, and the anti-rust finish is a bonus, especially if you’re planning to use it in a bathroom or garage like I am. Assembly was straightforward, though having two people definitely helped. It’s a practical choice for adding storage space without worrying about rust or wear.

Good for pantry or shelf in your room if you want to organize stuff. Seems to be heavy duty as well.
