this is it! great flavor
great garlic flavor. not salty or roasted-tasting. no sandy texture, very soft and blends immediately. the great garlic flavor I was looking for in just about everything, especially bread and pasta and sauces. this is it! won’t waste anymore money trying brands that can’t deliver. the McCormick Culinary line has won my business. worth every penny. will buy again, would offer to a friend who loves to cook.I bought another product from the Culinary line, tarragon. again, had the great flavor I knew was out there somewhere, but I wasted money on other brands in the search. this was green, fragrant, flavorful and alive! not a dusty dry herb trashed with sticks and twigs. It can be so discouraging to try new dishes when the seasonings let you down. this is it!

Great Garlic for Flies for Horses
I’ve tried a number of brands of garlic powder to give to my horses to keep the flies from biting them and this is by far the best one. It tells me that it is likely true garlic as opposed to some of the other brands out there. I just add a Tablespoon a day to their feed during heavy fly season. I have 4 horses and they are rarely around thanks to this garlic powder.

Powdered Garlic for the Win!!
I love the powdered garlic! This is powdered garlic, not granulated garlic, so this stuff is very fine and pours easily. Almost too easily. I definitely added too much to a dish and, please, learn from my mistake and be mindful of pouring. This product is very flavorful, and far more flavorful than the granulated garlic. So, for me, I’d use less powdered garlic compared to granulated garlic if substituting for a dish.Much like the description, the garlic comes in a large package and I recommend having a smaller container to aliquot it in to for ease of use (and decrease the chances of over garlic-ing anything, unless you just really like garlic, then go you!).I didn’t find it to be cake-y or clumpy, it pours nicely and tastes very flavorfully of garlic and I’d definitely buy this again.

Real good product. And so much of it. I keep it in my freezer and used it over years. The last one last me 3 years (not a heavy user), but it was smaller than this

This is garlic powder. I know the term “powder” is used to mean anything not in whole food form, but know that this is fine powder. If you like it chunkier, go with granulated. Sometimes that is called, granulated garlic powder (to add to confusion). But yeh, this is a fine powder. Really nice for all garlic needs, but especially so for dusting at the end of meal preparation (or for some applications like popcorn, etc), or for use on table. I love the garlicky taste, and I use garlic in everything.. so I go through a lot. This McCormicks is at a good price point for good quality.
