Have used thes nasal vents for years
Have looked for these soft silicone XL nasal vents as I have tried the cylinder shaped vents and firm silicone vents and found those to be uncomfortable to wear. These have been durable, work to improve breathing through my nose when I am asleep and are comfortable. The best size of nasal vents depends on the size of your nose and not your height.

These were my first nasal inserts to try to breathe better at night and they seem to work well. The material is soft and easy to clean. It is noticeable how much better I can breath with these and would recommend to anyone having similar issues.

Helps but doesnât always stop snoring
These help me keep my airway open. I have issues with swelling and often have my nasal passages swell shut. They do help me breathe better but at times when Iâm really tired I still snore. They are comfortable and support the nose staying open to let the air flow in. Easy to clean too.

Not Wide. Not XL.
I needed XL. These are not XL. These are extra long not extra large. The middle separator allows you to insert the product deeper into your nose but the benefit missing is width to open the nostrils. These are not wide. They did not work.

Iâve purchased nose vents before but these XL seem to fit more like medium/large. They always fall out when I sleep, and apparently they donât make an XXL, which is too bad because theyâre pretty comfortable. just sizing is way off.
