I like that it isnât perfumed. But it does smell slightly odd. Itâs very runny. A very runny lotion that does moisturize your face without any irritation. So job well done. Does exactly what it is intended.

I was disappointed with this product. I use the shaving gel and it is absolutely fantastic, but the after shave – well, it was runny, the color was off putting, the odor was musty, and all in all it appeared to have been on the shelf beyond its useful date. But, the shaving gel is the best.

I’ve had this for 2 years
When I first purchased this, I thought I was getting ripped off because of how “small” it felt/looked. 2 years later and this baby is still kicking (almost at end)!I try to shave as little as possible; traditionally, maybe once a wee. Every now and then I might grow it out for 2-3 weeks. So your durational use may vary than mine.The smell of this aftershave is pretty good too, I’ve had people accuse me of putting on cologne for a hot date several times!

Runny Dispenser, Awful Smell
The dispensing mechanism is prone to running and dispensing too much. I don’t know what kind of scent they were going for, but it is awful. As a comparison point, I like the Bulldog Face Wash scent, but this was unusable.

Not sure what this tan, foul-smelling liquid is…
I have used and enjoyed Bulldog’s products in the past, especially their beard oil and age defense moisturizer, so I thought I’d give this a try. I bought it 6 months ago, stored it in my bathroom closet, and just tried it now and upon squeezing the bottle, it came out as a tan, foul-smelling liquid. I won’t be putting that on my face. I feel that that is not how it is supposed to be. I would be interested in trying a fresh batch if you would send one to me as maybe this was just an anomaly. Thanks.

The VERY BEST, by far!
I seem to have the worst skin ever when it comes to shaving. I have tried everything, every technique, every razor, everything. This aftershave is a godsend. It almost negates the sensitivity of my skin.It is more expensive than a lot of other popular brands but oh, it’s so worth it to me. I hope this never, ever gets discontinued or has its formula changed. I wish the price were a little more affordable but, to be honest, the current price is reasonable for the benefit I get.

This aftershave balm by Bulldog is very nice and adds much needed moisturization after shaving.It has a gentle, natural fragrance of calming green tea and subtle, sweet floral notes of camelina. It softens and moisturizes your skin without leaving it oily and greasy. It also contains mostly natural ingredients and does not sting or burn like some other aftershave products containing harsher chemicals and alcohols. Another thing to mention is that it feels more like a cream than a balm but that is just texture related.The only downside is that it is overpriced for the small quantity you’re getting which is however, a typical business practice by the brand Bulldog who offer smaller quantities of higher quality products than most of the similar products in the same market.

I’m not crazy about the smell but it’s not bad at all, and the cream is soothing and prevents razor burn. I use it with a safety razor and it works great. A little goes a long way. Well worth the price.

First off, decent aftershave cream (cause it feels more cream than it does balm).The cream feels a little generic, not much in the way of quality ingredients.My favorite cream but crazy hard to find is an aftershave called, Arko. It’s from Turkey and the one to get says Maximum Comfort on it. Thats a proper cream for the money, if you can find it.This cream here barely scrapes in at 3 out of 5 stars IMO.
