This pastry mat is great for staying on the counter tops without slipping while rolling out your dough, I love this!I haven’t used the utensils with it yet,. The spate looks well made w/wood handle & for cutting thru the dough. The brush is small & cheaply made, but if you’re just using it to slather on butter, I’m sure it will do the work.

My Girlfriend uses this all the time. She likes how easy it is to clean. The dough knife is good quality, and the brush has held up well ( hand wash only). Brush is a bit small.

I was surprised at the quality of the mat & included bench scraper & pastry brush. The underside of the mat is very clingy, so the mat doesnât slip. The top side is nonstick & clearly marked as you would expect. I got the 31.5â X 23.6. I actually used it today for rolling pastry dough & it worked beautifully! Great buy!
