Bought as a gift
I purchased this as a gift for someone who regularly meets up with friends to workout. They occasionally take turns running the workout and I thought this might help him plan when it was his turn. He appreciated how easy it is to come up with a program using the cards, and the variety of exercises included. The cards on on good quality stock and should last a long time.

Good set of exercises to build a workout
These are good workout cards for exercises not needing equipment. I was looking for cards to remind me of the exercises I know and introduce a few so I can build a workout easily. These do that. The exercises are generally easy to understand and there are QR codes you can scan if you need more information. The size is decent, and although I’d prefer slightly larger, these work well. The box to hold all of the cards is handy, especially the magnetic closure. There are some cards in the deck that are basically the same exercise but there’s so many cards that this isn’t really a big issue.Ways to improve (minor):1) The cards can be tough to get out of the box without dumping all of them out. You can’t just remove some off of the top. A little notch in the box would allow you to remove some of the cards without removing all of them.2) Better coating is needed to protect the cards from accidental spills, etc. The current coating doesn’t really protect them well if they get wet, but is sufficient for sweaty hands (unless maybe if you’re dripping wet and palm them good). This may not be an issue for some people but I’m a little clumsy and liable to spill water on them eventually. Plus, I have a toddler who thought they should go in the sink under running water. Thankfully, I caught her right away, but I would have felt less panicked if they were more water resistant/proof. I immediately dried off the ones that got wet and they seem fine except the very edges (which isn’t important anyway).3) Could include a hole in the corner and a small carabineer or quick release ring to hold the cards you are using for the current workout. I couldn’t find workout cards with this feature and I don’t know why. I’d love to be able to flip from one exercise to the next during a workout. This seems like an easy way to go through a workout. Ok, maybe my clumsiness is contributing to this desire too, so I don’t have to try to hold onto multiple cards and end up with them everywhere when I drop them. But I bet others would like it too.In short, if you are looking for a way to quickly put together and keep track of exercises in a workout that don’t require equipment, I recommend this set.

Great options and ideas
I have used this with the swim team for dryland. Kids have great pictures to help and a scan option as well.

Fantastic to keep workouts fresh
The fact that there are multiple games to play with the cards is a great feature. Whether using solo or w others, these are very convenient. The only negative is that the QR codes are too small to scan on my phone. But the URL works fine for the videos. Unfortunately the videos don’t explain anything the card doesn’t. But the videos are perfect for someone who doesn’t understand the well-written description or someone who is new to a specific exercise. The cards have a lot on them, but the layout is easy to learn (a map/key/instruction card is included) and once learned I was impressed with the amount of information on each card; especially the balance of information with the flashcard-like ease/speed at which I could use them.I would suggest using these cards for a Tabata circuit, a HIIT workout, or for a short workout if you only have 5-15 minutes to get your sweat on.I definitely recommend these for experts and novices alike. For novices they explain a lot of varied exercises, and for experts it helps keep routines fresh and might even remind you of an exercise you learned but forgot existed.

Excellent exercise options for using your own body weight to …
Excellent exercise options for using your own body weight to work out. A lot of leg and core options. I am disappointed in that there are several cards in pack with same exercise but the rep’s or time are different. Therefore, you are not getting that many exercise options. It is common sense to me that if you increase the rep’s or time of an exercise, it will increase intensity. Stack 52 justifies making this another card because it changes the card level from beginner to intermediate. If it were a few cards, I would not mind but its too many. For example, you have 2 Wall Sit, Side Raises, Switch Kick, Diamond Pushup, Twisting Squat Jump, Reverse Leg lift, Shoulder Bridge, and Tricep Dips. There are more than those listed. Plus, there are a few cards that a only for the elite. There is no way I’m going to Donkey Kick with my legs fully extended. I think there should be challenges in the pack but overall the pack of cards are less useful to me based on what I’ve already stated.

Easy to Use
Cards are a great size with many different exercises. Cards have a nice finish that seem to hold up well. Storage box is a plus and is also good quality.

Las tarjetas te permiten organizar la rutina de ejercicios a tu justo. Es genial que lleven el código QR para ver como se realiza correctamente el ejercicio. Vienen separados por colores para trabajar diferentes grupos musculares.

Useful for compiling training sessions, and also for nice surprises, when just flipping cards and doing the thing. QR codes to videos are good, especially when you need more info to see how the exercise should be done.
