GREAT small knife to have in kitchen
These are excellent knives to have in the kitchen drawer. They are very sharp and well made. They are not dull; therefore, be careful when using them. Great for slicing fruit and vegetables, and also, meat.

If you ever worked at subway you know these knives are the bomb.Absolutely love them and had to have them at home to cut bread, fruits and veggies-pretty much everything.

These are the same knives I used at Subway to cut breads open, they stay sharp a very long time, best for slicing vegetables, meat and fish, things like that. I wouldn’t recommend for tougher things like certain varieties of cheese
