Thanksgiving Lobster
Product arrived earlier than originally expected. They ship it next day air so it is only in transport for one day. They pack the tails with dry ice. I live in Utah and they were still frozen solid when the package arrived. I was home when the package arrived so I was able to open the box and place the tails in my freezer right away. It was delivered without any signature required so I can’t say how long the package would have lasted if it was left on my porch. But I would estimate they would have been OK for at least 4 more hours. These are pricey tails but it’s the holidays and I felt like the extra expense was justified. The tails I got were GREAT. Good size to them. Cooked out on the grill perfectly next to a bacon wrapped fillet. Dipped in warm drawn butter, the meat tasted better than anything in any local restaurant. Fresh, firm and solid, no mushiness. Plus, they are bigger than anything you can find out here. So, it’s not something I could do frequently but I don’t have any regrets and would do it again when I can afford it.

Absolutely delicious and Superb customer service.
I have ordered these lobster tails just a few days ago. I was shocked as to how quickly they arrived. They looked beautiful but I was a little concerned because one or two lobster tails looked a bit smaller than the other eight. I contacted the company, explained the situation and the very next day they me out five lobster tails. I have not made them yet, weâre making them tonight but judging from the way that they look, we will be enjoying them very much. Their customer service is excellent. They wanted to straighten out everything right away and they did, everything arrived today. You really donât see this type of customer service in this world anymore. I will continue to patronize this company because my business matters to them. I highly, highly recommend them.******* we had the lobsters the other night. Absolutely delicious! Excellent Quality Firm meat tails
I ordered these tails a while back for my Parents to be shipped to St. George, Utah. The customer service and express shipping were excellent. The tails were recieved on time and still frozen. The best part is the tails are very large and sometimes from other sources, I have recieved tails this size that were “Soft” and not firm meat. These were fantastic and were saved up to 3-4 months with a couple retrived from the freezer and broiled….perfectly every time..Thanks for the great product and service!!

Fresh and firmly frozen
Great flavor, delivered promptly and frozen solid in dry ice. I will buy again but it will take a while to use these up. Unfortunately we do not have lobster every night. I trimmed the spines and sharp shell edges then vacuum packed the extras for later meals.
