Amazing Value
I was expecting low quality for the price, but I was wrong. This is at least as good as the cotton strips from KT tape, and at a fraction of the cost. Strips stay on for days and days. The only con is that if you remove them before the adhesion goes bad, you have to scrub remaining sticky stuff off your skin with rubbing alcohol. That is much better than having them not stick, so it’s not a big deal to me. These even hols up well when you cut them for different applications. Well worth it!

Great value, maybe it for all skin types
I have had great luck with this product, for me it works as well as KT Tape. My son and daughter used it and we found that it gave them a skin reaction, itching and irritation. They both have issues with some bandage adhesives as well. It did not bother me. My son used other products without a similar reaction. I love it but just a heads up if you have a history of sensitivity you might want to test a small area. I love the product and the price is great.

Best money for your buck!
This is my 2nd roll, first one lasted over a year.I had cartilage removal in my knee and this gives great support. I have a hard time wearing a knee brace because of my sciatic nerve. This does not irritate my sciatic.It is also easy to use, like putting on a bandaid.

Have had back problems for years and recently my physical therapist introduced me to Kinesiology taping. Donât know how this stuff works, but it does! I purchased this package because it has the designated areas for âpre-cutsâ and has the curved edges already, so no measuring involved, or additional cutting is required. I immediately use this tape whenever my back starts acting up and it helps SO MUCH! Other tapes donât have good adhesion, but this one does, so I donât have to worry about it coming off easy. When I run out, will purchase more of this tape.

the role I got had no problem with adhesion. it stayed on for maximum of 2 days with showers in between. (on legs/mobile area), provided you round the corners after cutting the desired length. It probably could have stayed on for longer, but it didn’t need to for my purpose. works well, so I’ll buy it again when this role runs out.
