Very unique
I got these because I have furniture with those ugly cup holders and when company comes I like to cover the holes. I got these 1 inch wooden circles from a hobby store and stuck them on the bottom and they snuggly fit in the holes and makes the furniture look so much nicer. And, you can set your coffee cup right on top of them because, after all, they are coasters. They are very nice and unique looking also. They would make nice gifts.

Product is great! No complaints. But good luck getting it in proper shape. Second time I’ve bought these – 1st time was a gift and they came in sturdy box packaging that was then inside the shipping box. Bought them again for myself, they came in clear plastic sleeves, loose, inside a shipping envelope with no padding. Four out of the six had chipped edges. Who puts square slate coasters in a paper envelope then just ships it out? Hope is not a plan.

These things turned out to be the best purchase. They absorb liquid pretty good, and they do not crumble little black things after you initially run them under the tap. They also absorb heat. I bought more and put them under my overheating blu-ray player. Problem solved.

I could not obtain a decent laser engraving due to the cut of the slate which was very disappointing.

Quality slate coasters, that came with 4 rubber feet which I was happy to see (some I’ve bought only have 3… ).
My only gripe is that as I am laser engraving, equal height on all is important for batch engraving. As each of these are unique in height, it meant I had to re-focus on each coaster.

Gute Untersetzer. Manche kippeln etwas. Es gibt teilweise “scharfe” Kanten, was nicht bedeutet, dass hier Gefahr besteht sich zu verletzen, sondern dass diese Kanten nach kurzer Benutzung abbröckeln. Ist aber im Endeffekt nicht schlimm, da es die Benutzung nicht beeinträchtigt.
