Perfect blend set to cover all of your needs!
I could not be more pleased with this essential oil set. It literally has a blended scent for every need I have!
Here is a list of the included oils, and my personal experience/opinion on each:
**Good Night is one of my favorites to use in my bedroom diffuser – the scent is pleasant and really does help to create a peaceful and calm feeling to allow you to easily drift off to sleep. I use this scent every night and since I have started, I have found that I fall asleep faster, do not wake up in the middle of the night and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world!
**Stress Relief is another of my favorites – this is my go-to oil when I am practicing yoga or meditating. The scent is lovely, not overpowering, and reminds me of the flower garden I had growing up in the backyard. Whenever my anxiety levels start to rise, instead of taking a Xanax, I turn on this scent in my diffuser and focus on my breathing – it has helped TREMENDOUSLY. I love it.
**Head Ease is another oil I use quite frequently. I work at a desk job where I stare at a computer screen for 8+ hours a day, which often triggers painful and long-last headaches. This aroma is relaxing but not faint (at the same time, it is not so strong where it is too much or overpowering). I sometimes mix Head Ease with Stress Relief for those days at work when I am struggling to get through the day – my necklace diffuser has saved me from leaving work early many times now, as it has allowed me to feel better and push through the negative energy that often flows around this office.
**Breathe has a scent that is very similar to the Vapo Rub that we all know from childhood (my mom used to *slather* that stuff on me whenever I so much as sniffled!) but this scent is more pleasant, less harsh than the actual Vapo Rub itself. Last week I felt the beginnings of a cold coming on, so I used a few drops of this in my necklace diffuser and by the time I went to bed – I was breathing clear and easy again. I have also used this in the bedroom diffuser when one of my kids is not feeling well – it really does work wonderfully.
**Deep Muscle is my absolute favorite oil for post workout pains. I would love to be able to afford massages weekly, but alas – that isn’t going to happen. I *loathe* the smell of IcyHot and Bengay – it makes me want to gag. Deep Muscle has a very pleasant peppermint smell and in addition to rubbing this on my temples to help me feel awake and alert…this also works great as a rub. I use fractionated coconut oil as a carrier oil, and mix about 3-4 drops of Deep Muscle with it (a little of these oils goes a long way – which is one of the many reasons this is such a great value set!) I use this rub combination my shoulders, knees and my feet and ankles, which are often the most sore areas after a particular intense workout. It is so soothing and I am able to relax and unwind so much quicker and those annoying aches and pains dissipate within 15 minutes. I no longer have to ice my knees and ankles after working out – which is so absolutely amazing to me!
**Health Shield’s scent reminds me of spiced apple cinnamon or spiced apple cider. The scent of this oil automatically takes me back to memories of my late grandmother’s kitchen, while she was baking so many delicious desserts. I occasionally mix a few drops of Health Shield along with Breathe, when I really want to knock out any potential illness – especially since a lot of my co-workers insist on coming to the office when they have disgusting coughs, sniffles and who knows whatever else!
I have seen other oil sets for easily double or triple the price of this set, and honestly, I could not be happier with this product. Once this supply runs out (which will take awhile, as you don’t need to use a lot and the bottles will last for quite some time) I will definitely be purchasing more. Essential oils have become an integral part of my daily life and I feel so much better overall since I have started using them.
If you are looking for a well-balanced set for great value, you don’t need to look any further – this set is sure to amaze you! Five stars – I highly recommend this product!

Well-Balanced Set for the Most Common Needs
This set was a great value and I think the different blends included cover the most basic needs for aromatherapy as well as topical use. None of the blends were overpowering and each one was great for it’s labeled use-
– Good Night is great in a diffuser, it’s soft enough to not give me a headache before bed. I like how calming it is and I get great rest when it’s on.
– Breathe smells much like Vicks vapo-rub but without the chemicals so next time I have a cold that’s what I’ll be using in my diffuser
– Head Ease is strong but relaxing, there’s a slight mint smell but it’s fresh and would be great in a diffuser for yoga or just sitting down a reading a book
– Deep Muscle smells like peppermint and it works WONDERFULLY for topical use. I’m on my feet 5-8 hours a day and my feet get very sore. I rubbed about 5 drops of Deep Muscle into 10 drops of Jojoba oil (carrier oil) and rubbed my feet for not even 5 minutes and they felt relieved and refreshed. It was incredible, I was actually surprised. I use essential oils for their intended purpose but I never expect miracles, I’ll be using this instead of Icy-Hot from now on.
– Stress Relief is another soft scent, there’s nothing stimulating in it like strong mint or citrus that will take away from relaxation. It has a gentle floral smell to it but also a soft musty or woodsy smell that smells like you’re in an outdoor garden. I’m actually going to take some of this and make a spritz or air freshener spray out of it because it’s a nice, clean smell that reminds me of spring. It’s also one of my favorites in a diffuser.
– Health Shield smells almost like cinnamon to me, most people notice the patchouli smell most. It’s a smell with a little spice to it, but it reminds me of going to someone’s house where they bake a lot, along with the immune health benefits it’s also a warming scent and is quite comforting.
Well there’s my review of each smell described in the least technical way possible. I know when I’m reading reviews I want to read it in plain english so there you go! I hope this helped when discerning what the blends smell like or what they could be used for!
Also, the rumors that this brand dilutes or adds carrier oils doesn’t matter so much to me because I think that it’s better than the alternatives (Tylenol for headaches, sleep aids, Icy-hot, Vicks (which has very harsh chemicals in it)) but if it concerns you I’d suggest doing a little research and determining if you truly mind that or not. If you go through Young Living or doTerra you’re going to pay about 3-5 times as much for the same oil scents so if scent is your only concern then Healing Solutions is great.

The fragrance oils did not have a strong smell & were not suitable for a Aromatherapy diffuser. The products that arrived were damaged due to very poor packing for delivery .Would not recomend. Amazon kindly refunded my money.
