Works as intended
This strainer is pretty straight forward. The design and materials are nice and thick and sturdy. The handle is pretty long which is great to prevent any burns. It cleans up nice and stores just fine. Overall this is a nice tool in the kitchen.

Work Great
This skimmer works great. I used it to skim and as a spatuala. I did not expect it to be so big. The size works to it’s advantage, because I don’t have to be so close if I need to flip something or scoop it out. It’s not heavy and even with it’s size easy to hold and easy to clean.
