A dressing and a marinade
I bought this to use in a piccatta sauce with capers, but I also tried it as salad dressing. For that, I think it needs just a little more kick – maybe a bit of vinegar. Note: it came with my Whole Foods order and was chilled. The label says to keep it refrigerated (not just after opening). For this reason I wouldn’t suggest getting it on regular Amazon.

Love this dressing!
I especially the Classic Italian (which is hard to find), but the Lemon Garlic is also delicious. The Classic Italian reminds me of a vinaigrette that was used at my favorite French cafe… years ago! I’ve been searching for that flavor for years!!!
